Autumn

The calendar tells us fall is here,
For many,it's the best of the year
They will rejoice
It is their choice,
They have reason to cheer.

The trees are decked out in reds and gold,
Beauty everywhere begins to unfold,
Nature is dressed
In her very best,
Her display is really quite bold.

The temperature's great most of the time,
But the show will gradually decline,
Watch out for frost
Soon all will be lost,
Knowing winter is not far behind.

SCIENCE fiction or non?

Quality, quantity, abstract version
the prolonged endurance vs. a seemingly intellect....

There is and was, a being of many
gathered together such hunger and
laterly observed, either silly or
sinny.
The lastings of spaces defined as
Eras,
an herbivore, a predator
the red cold and a protective armor.
Billions of our short years, amongst comparing
the size of future mind.

Henceforth a memory Evolved....Q and Q

The ability to define,an appealing pretty dime,
to indulge the difference,
just to survive.
People, Hu,woman,mammal
buildings our fortress, to be just safe,
horrified by our neighborlly analogy,
the kingdom of dinos--such was the same.
Dig so deep, the such so shallow...
a similarity less humble,
as we fight less for food,
and greater emotion.

Put on a Happy Face

Look at this face
You can't help but smile
Even if your in a bad place

It can light up your life
In so many ways
A very positive start

That Happy face is saying
“That warm feeling in your heart
Is the love of mother earth”

The simple things in life
Are the ones to cherish
They keep us sane or we will perish

Seasons Change

All bare
as if the
wind & snow
have stolen
your shall
of leaves
and left you
with a bare
essence.
The ground &
sky have
swollen you
with a cloud
of white as
if to give
you a blank
canvas to
work with.
Standing
erect with
your brothers
outstretched
as if to reach
out to all parts
of the world.
Reaching up to
the heaven as
if to say HELLO.
To this canvas
i say let me
turn you into
something
magnificent.
Let me make
you shine for
all to see.
Let me turn
you into what
you should be
MAGNIFICENT.

A Rainbow has sprouted

Different colors in the sky
I look at them and wonder why
you changed your color today.
For once you was a different
color now you are all new a
color you have bloomed into.
The colors of the rainbow
are here for you to see in
all VARIETIES.
Winds pushing colors to the
ground so that the rainbow
can be placed all around.
C O L O R S...C L O S E
C O L O R S...F A R
Colors wherever you are.
Look at them and see what
colors is the favorite
for thee.

>>>>>>>Life of a flower>>>>>>>>>>

If I was a stem of the flower I would keep stretching
I know I have only two colors green or brown
It is not like I am not carrying the weight
Of the body and head and leafs and so forth
This is what makes me a flower
Once in a while I get thirsty so I get watered
Then other days I get droopy and I shut my eyes
Then on hot days I get wilted
Then when I get cold I hide for a season or two
When the sun comes out I am happy
Seeing the skies so blue I am calm
As the sky turns gray my scent is in the wind….
Thus I be the flower you pick

Beauty Is In Your Eyes

All the things i do see
are looking back at me
on left and right.
For i know my father
put it here for all his
children to enjoy.
He has laid out all these
colors and beauty of
nature for all to see
to know that he is the
A L M I G T Y G O D.
Open up your heart to
see God come in and set
your sins free.
If you just except him
you will see a peace
beyond all measures
of humanity.

Life After Dark

Dark is the night
There is no moonlight
The creatures of the day are safely ensconced in bed
Now is the nocturnal delights
Fireflies flashing as if danger abound
Others glowing ever so bright
A gentle swoosh as a bat pass ever so close
Hair rising as an owl goes on the prowl
An ominous song as a mosquito seek a meal
The heavy discordant croak sounding so out of place
A lizard or toad either one can evoke
There goes a frightened bird that should be asleep
Off in the distance mongrels taking up a chorus of barking
Listening well you can tell whether in friendship or warning
OH but it’s the insects that excite
From east, west, south and north sounds that unite
High low, medium, in accord, In discord
One long unbroken continuous hum
Totally different from the melody of the day
All is pleasant all is safe
Drifting off to a far off dreamland
To the sweet sound of my zillion member orchestra

The song of the rain

Far off rolling thunder summons the rain
Soothing dry earth and restless heart
Pelting drops of music sing to me again
Sleepy lullaby to those who wake...

Liquid lyrics as ocean waves so calm
Each raindrop sings a hypnotic song
Images of island beaches and dripping palm
Adrift am I in my slumber canoe...

Tomorrow may bring high tide to port
Somewhere flowers will glow like diamonds
As ladies in waiting in some royal court
And children will wade in playgrounds of mud...

But tonight I drift off, pen in hand no more
Upon my tin roof drops fall and splatter
Sailing off in my dreams to some distant shore
On this rainy night nothing else really matters..

wilting......

the heat grows stronger everyday
summer's burden early in the fray
evaporation is so intense
suck the life out of commonsense

kill the green on yonder lawn
pump the water for growth reborn
i'll wait for the summer rain
the meter ticks for no gain

humidity so high it weighs you down
crawl out of bed with a frown
another day in this heat
please let me stumble on easy street

air cons on an in top gear
my bills i open with a fear
outside you walk but beware
slammed by a mountain of heat is despair

sap your strength an lower your drive
weaken your will so hard to revive
bask within the liquid delights
enthuse your life into the nights

sand so hot it will blister your feet
thats no way for the beach to greet
never mind for the ocean did change
mi'nute stingers that will kill your pain

there really is only one respite
pools filled with delight
hope the sails are in place
warm water won't ease the face

time i think to hit the fridge
ice cold beer to smooth the ridge
seems to put reality in place
an a smile you can't displace

there's blackness building to the west
gully rakers will do there best
to sweep down an wash the heat
temporary tho is their feat

for on the rise of new morn
new day new way for heat to be born
yesterdays showers did appease
but todays humidity will rise with ease.......
