HARD ROMANCE

Why is life so hard to live....Why do so many take rather than give...They take your love then throw it away....And it happens to so many people eveyday.....So eveyday there is pain...And your life is never the same.....Is there a cure for a broken heart.....Can you really make a fresh start....I do not have the answer to this mess....To the solution i can only guess....So every day i go through the motion....Hoping love is not just a romantic notion.......jw

Dark Road To Light

Traveling this road
To a place Ive never seen
You wont come with me surely
You havent got the time

Darkness waits ahead
Behind the light waits open armed
Its time to make this journey
Time to heal the scars

The rain pours down softly
It trickles down your face
I kiss you on your lips, goodbye
Im going to this place

I'll wait for you there
Whatever time it takes
I'll never forget you
Or that smile upon your face

Once Mapped

Sometimes I go inside myself
And shut out all thats real
All these years of sorrow
Were never part of the deal

Existing in an intolerable world
Its hard to not feel trapped
I remember innocence
In a world once so well mapped

28years 4months an 3days or thereabouts

Laying there in someone elses care
Never moving but ever so aware
Aware of every sight an sound
Within your limited playground

The window your only source of diversity
Where nature's glory set you free
Every day a different way
To lure your mind an encourage you to play

To bring back memories from younger year
When life an love were no fear
A life when you were fit an strong
Then the day you made it wrong

Distracted by a woman nearby
You made a dive to shallow to try
An ended up in a drowning pool
Immobilised but saved by a friends rule

Your family endeavoured for so long
To keep you alive an heal the wrong
But you had a different point of view
An gathered some followers to see it through

Your dreams your reality for it to be
The radio an tv your life completely
So when people came to interview you
A woman your dreams precluded to

For she felt the sorrow of your pain
An realised your vision was your gain
Never to be a burden or stowaway
But freedom to seek your own way

A choice you made of life or death
You knew the answer so what was left
For what was life if you could never do
All the things you wanted to

No longer waiting for the approval of
You gathered your friends who did love
To set you on the path of freedom
An maybe explore heaven's kingdom

Your last day was well spent
Overlooking the ocean from an apartment
Ready to accept your victory
On your journey to be free

nothing personal

I recall the day I met her
thunder clounds roared o'er my head
and later that same evening
she drew me across her bed
she said that I must be her savior
by the way she felt inside
but if I knew then, what I know now
I woulda' found a place to hide

oh she's a devil, of a woman
dragged me straight down to her hell
will I escape my condemnation?
guess that only time will tell

have I signed my soul away?
on some blood-stained bedroom sheet
for the feelin' I was gettin'
was fer' away from sweet
so I shook my head and wondered
what have I got myself into?
for if I had plans for leavin'
she was far away from through

she had her claws fast in me
was I thinking much too late?
but the moment I first touched her
just may have sealed my fate

though scarred for life I'd settle
just to be set free
and if human nature's wrong
then you'd all be just like me
I broke away and ran away
too frightened to look back
I'll never pay that price again
just to lie in some girl's sack

Opposite Influence

Stained beauty, sitting under the fire
Tainted cause, reaching out for the wire
Loving hate, cant light the same candle
Broken glass, the change is hard to handle

Empty heart, feeling numb moving slowly
Torn words, feeling hate and un holy
Loud silence, reaching highs failing lows
Darken bones, smell of fear reaching the nose

Twisted journey, moving forward into the unknown
Forgotten memory, picking the stitches that arnt sown
Innocent guilt, trying to escape the locked box
Natures machine, lifting the position of the rocks

Damaged perfection, set goals to reach the scars
Giant whispers, climbing to the point of the stars
Beautiful passing, going from ionic posture to cold shiver
Angelic crime, millions of miles apart wanting to be with her

WHAT IS YOUR HEART TELLING...

you are looking for a true person
who is best in his deals
and never wish to cheat
he has to make more care to share with dear
a peerless lover and must be a cleaver ,
and you are searching new words to write about your lover
and giving flower without fear.
you never think twice before you-
send mails to breack walls between two
have you ever tried to listen your heart before it
you cannot imagine what it tells with you
it sings ,smile and crys sometimes
and it warns every time about your life
it knows how possible is to become falls
it is better to hear your heart verywell
and think about what is your heart telling...

Black Dog

Still days there are
When the Black Dog visits
On days I am alone
Those days myself I question
What have I done wrong
It's then I feel so useless
Though right I've tried to do
Yet still this feeling hits me
And Black Dog comes around
He shows no peace or compassion
Keep fighting this fight alone

self imprisonment

of late my life feels to be in a drought
for your love, I have been too long without
it could be from drinking way too much stout
which makes me appear and act like a lout
casts me in a bad light, there is no doubt
bemoaning the heavens, I scream and shout
then crawl to a corner and merely pout
I know you know what I'm talking about
how do I shed this skin, let myself out?

nature's example

bird flying looking for prey
children running looking too play
building a nest under the leaves
mother cooking dinner
for her children on the run
four eggs hatching in a nest
no bigger then a bowl
four children running home
getting ready for bed they must
four chirping babies waiting
for momma's prey, in a nest
that's no bigger then a bowl
all the children have their own room
four birds sharing only one
single story nest
two story home
single story nest
three story home
single story nest
just enough
