Road

The road is long and bright
Thirsty, lonely, tired
I want to stop
I wonder if I selected a wrong direction

When I look back
I am surprised about the scene on the road I came
Full of honesty,believe,kind,brave....

I know the heart of persuing dream
will never stop
And all the processes
will be all kinds of wonderful fruits

Talk to me

I don't know what will happen next
Am I losing myself,
Do I need some rest?
Every day lasts for me
Like a year
Friends are flying away
Only I remain on the earth

I've been waiting for spring for so long
I don't cry,
I can be very strong
We have only one life with you
I will wait
Underneath the sky of blue
Just don't be so silent
Talk to me
Doesn't matter
If it is true, or lies
I don't look back,
I don't have any regrets
Just don't be so silent
Talk to me

junk

oh I wish I were a shoe
so many things that I could do
I could walk, step and skip
I could swallow my tongue
..wear lacy stuff
walk or strut, on a heel
kick stuff
tread on stuff
dance
run
oh my!
I'm exhausted...
oh please...I don't want to be a shoe

Over and Over

I look upon you with such love
Know my love is strong, strong enough for two
My eyes are so full of you, my heart so open
I long to show you and tell of such love
But you don’t see, still blinded and closed off
Your words are harsh, provoking to the core
What to do? Provoke is what you do!
I reach out; wanting you to see, but you close us in
You see and hear, but not from within, and I try again to understand
Over and over that’s where we’re at
No space forward but two steps back
When will you learn, find your way out?
Come to me and I will help
I will be there, standing by your side
Just where I've been all this time
You don’t see it, eyes cast down…
Just look up, standing tall, here I am.

World Gone Wrong

Morbid fascination with a world gone wrong
Brokenness, separation written in a love song
The wisdom of fools is taken for granted
Coin operated love feeds the desire to be wanted

Waking up face down from a night full of dreams
Unable to decipher what any of it means
Dead flowers on the hearthstone, the tome of love
Skeletons in the closet dancing up above

The wheels of life continue to spin around
Following the suns orbit for the lost and the found
Tragedy and heartache a recipe for love
Where mercy and grace abound from above

The Mirror

As I looked into the mirror
That face looked back at me

Tell me what did I see
That face staring back at me

It looked like Ive seen it before
But something about it I didn't know anymore

I heard it call out my name
But it just kept staring at me the same

Did I know you at one time I said
Or something about you that seemed unread

I still don't know who you are
Will you tell me please

It's just the inner self you see
It's you looking back at me

Tearful Harmonica

'I remember the time you said you were leaving, winter it was, a cold and frosty morning...

'you said your goodbyes with sadness etched in your Irish weeping emerald eyes...would I ever see you again, I asked myself, as I stood there with great sadness, with empty heart...

'Play me one more tune, just for me, play my favorite you asked...one more harmonica tune to send me on my way....

'Oh Danny Boy', was your favorite, never failing to melt your heart, whenever I hear this song you would say, we will never really be apart..

'As you wish my love, just for you i'd say, just for you to send you on your journey away...'I played for you, the haunting echoed sounds of your favorite, 'Oh Danny Boy'...

'You drove away with a wave goodbye, tears streaming down my sorrowed face...'Wait I cried, Just one more tune, your other favorite, 'Over the rainbow', just for you...

'I watched you dissapear into the distance, and although you had gone my love, me and my tear stained harmonica tuned you another tune....The echo's of 'Over the rainbow' sounding out, just for you..

japan

How sad it is
when you see
japan and its people
living in ruins
after that tidal wave

Rubble and ruin
sea and pollution
people still
in need of much help

Prayers are offered
sadness touches
feeling just feeling
for people out there

Its one flash point of
so many today
in a world uneasy
in so many ways

So I send out a prayer
maybe others somewhere
will reach out
as I know they will
to people in much need

Empty words

Tread very carefully my dear
There's little room for error here
Just stay near, don't interfere
It's best to let, what is, to be

To help me deal with my fear
You said words I wish to hear
but one screamed loud in my ear
that you don't realy care for me.

My C.S. introduction.

I will not lie
If you ask the question, I will not lie,
I'll answer truthfully, with a deep sigh.
For the truth may not be pretty, I know its true,
Because if I lie, I know I will loes you.

So ask your question, and wait while I say
To you will the answer be just what you may
Have waited to hear, or maybe not for you.
But only ask if you are honest and true.

About this poem:
This is my introduction to C.S. I was afraid to admit the ugly truth to someone dear, and I lost them when they found out. I am back on my own now and I miss them. I am sorry.
