A father and daughter walk hand in hand
Amongst the shells and golden sand
A beautiful world for her to explore
A thousand imaginings and so much more
This way dad as she tugs on his arm
Her dad lost in his own seaside charm
A squeal of delight and a jump or two
As she crouches down for a better view
Crabs scuttle away in distress
Burrowing into the sand with an awkward finesse
As she breaks his grasp and off she goes
Free to run as only she knows
Putting flight to gulls with a nervous ease
Checking with dad as if to please
Golden curls within the breeze
The sounds of delight besides the sea
A beautiful moment for anyone to see
Sharing and caring so naturally..........

online today!
Now neglected, the family returned
Time to move on, some past burned
Memories would linger, never erased
Yet these moments in time, act dazed
The heart of the home, had already left
Over the years, no more than guests
Passing through till today, now it ends
For this short time, they'll not defend
Each other- now pressure, joins the mix
Emotions are high, and feeling sick
They try to push on, but memories halt
Pleasures they remember, comfort is sort
Whatever the outcome, it has to be
Closure a journey, but whatever they see
Jolts from childhood, stirred come alive
Aware that in future, only memories survive

If a word was the world entire, the boy's word would be conflict..
assaulted by twin pincers, he had his first fight whilst still attached to a woman he would never know..
the boy was awkward..his shape wasn't uniform..his skull had been subject to untrained midwifery...and the price was two scars that scared people..
manhood found the boy years before his age..he became broad from farm work and blended into the changing landscapes of the seasons.
he was not part of nature as such..rather..he was of nature..he bonded with the Earth and at the site of the bonds..he was more than the sum of his parts
he thought himself to tell time by the pitch of birdsong
knew how to breach the skin of the Earth by the call of the curlew
by 21 he was fully formed..as broad as wide..and a pair of hands the fit no store bought glove
his was the strength of hard living..stews and raw milk
of not running from the emptiness of dawn's letter..of standing in the pain and living in it
he found that fleeing a horror only qualified it anew..so he took all pain..let it grow in the bone.. and fruit in experience
never weeding or pruning ..Instead he accepted it..and let it alone
his size preloaded opinion..
heavily bearded now..with a neck hidden by its own development
those who misjudged his good nature for timid reckoning
paid with a life altering sum

Wild oats.....
You talk in rymes
You talk in riddles
On my heart strings
Your finger fiddles. .
Woe is me ..
And woe is you
We're not the victims
There are only two.
I cannot look u in thexeye
You stab , you pierce
You cheat and lie
In my heart..i feel sorry for u
All the moments u miss
I wish u knew...
I want to be ..the best I can be
So that one day
My babies will see.
That mommy did the best she could..
She filled the void
That their father should ..

My first love was the woman who held me close to her breast,
through my early days she always made sure I was near,
then as I grew, I am sure to her I did dearly test,
in my youth I was that unholy cross to bear,
Then as my maturity grew and lifes experiences took its toll,
more siblings along the way to make the family,
my nature was always that of a wandering soul,
3 brothers and 2 sisters, so much rivalry,
Off I went to find my own destiny in this world,
no matter where I went or how I fared this woman always cared,
some places have memories which I never want to have unfurled,
after a score of years I returned, she held me close as if I have
always been there,
The years have quickly moved along and age shows its face,
this other man, this woman loved , I was never jealous,
for she loved this man so humbly and full of grace,
she built a life and filled the home full of love like a trellis,
It was 17th September 2010 a day never to forget,
this man was ill and so near to death, but he waited,
this woman rushed to his side and listened carefully to his last
breath,
with a smile she kissed his cheek, tears streaming unabated,
We all knew that he held on because of his catholic breviary,
This woman said in a quiet tone full of passion he waited for me,
For today was to be our 63rd Anniversary,
and one day again together we will be,
And now this woman still so proud and strong,
at 82 and beginning to become slightly frail,
and my love for her will always belong,
for is she is my mother and her love for me will never fail.

The dawn is broken by the sound of chainsaw.
How nice is that but lucky enough hear fantail
Singing catching cicadas,oh how I cry
Over departed and wrongs done upon me
The pain of suffering is tough to bear in sound
Of silence disturbed by chainsaw.
Oh what a laugh,I think of others in this
Globe lost so much in non sensical wars.
My heart is shattered my father has parted
Oh I question my place am I supposed to be
Alone.
I was moulded and created in what was round
Me not like Adam in the bible.
So not one to follow but mellow in sounds of today
And distant yesterday in harmony with
My world and fellow man.
So I exist and hope to persist and
Change from within adapt to this new world
Of
Like bombed with religion and perverted
People my trust is near extinguished
My capacity to endure.
Time has taken me here but for why
And where will I find inner place alone without you here.
I thank music, symphony of silence helping me
Keep on track damn chain saw on Sunday what the fleck.

About this poem:
My faults my childhood soul food,
Misery of family separation
So hope to be there for others more somehow
As this helps me to heal
Knowing I do better that's all excuse my rant.

Sitting here i look at
you and see all the
miraculous things in
your personality.
You have a passion that
exudes through the skin
to all that is present.
Let your light shine for
all to see your glory.
For you are an intelligent
young lady with grades
that soar through the sky.
They are way up high for
all to see.
All that you can and will
be throughout this life
and all eternity.

My child is coming home
to have the holidays
with her family.
I can not wait to see
my precious little
girl who has grown into
this women that is
in front of me.
With all her dreams and
all her possibilities.
Busy is her life as she
tries to gain a career.
Wondering what else is
in store for her.
What dream is she going
to go after for her life.
To set her future free.
