DEPRESSION

I don't claim to be an authority on the definitive nature of depression
even though my entire adult life it's been a cumbersome possession
Many in our society are still ignorant enough to ridicule the validity
their cognizance needless to say is unquestionably void of lucidity

Because of personal experience these symptoms I can honestly convey
"Peace of Mind" you wish for each day gets overthrown by dismay
How and what you see and feel is no longer symbolic of the before
the ZEST you once had your disposition won't allow you to restore

Zoloft everyday before breakfast is an aperitif I despise but MUST take
failing to medicate worsens depression putting your mental health at stake
Anti-Depressant's are poison but suicide certainly skyrockets without them
"Brain Fog" is guaranteed and conducive to needed focus remaining dim

This disheartening affliction does literally Zap motivation to leave home
I know with 'severe depression' you can't stop suicidal thoughts that roam
The Band-Aid of Drugs is their only true inspiration not producing a cure
during this life depression to some degree every human is bound to endure

Clearly no amount of fame or fortune saves one from unfathomable inner grief
when Misery reaches unbearable death is increasingly the option for relief
Humans consistently create new technology but nothing to eradicate disease
after defeating 'Polio' they put any serious thought of future cures on freeze

Shouldering the weight of depression all my life has been rough
battling such agony will leave you spent no matter how tough

Stay a little bit

Stay a little bit
With me.

Just today.

Yesterday is gone.
Tomorrow not yet come.

Just today.

I have only one moment
… Of time.

Feel free ….
You may go …. but

Stay a little bit
With me.

Not much time….
Is blink of eyelid …
For eternity.

You are free to go
But…
Stay a little bit
With me.

I want to remember
The moments when
Last sleep comes.

I will dream
The dream of us,
The peace in my heart.
I will be clothed
With your tender.
Will keep me warm.

I will be prepared
To leave…
In eternity.
And you will be with me.

Please.
Stay a little bit
with me.
Not let me go so soon.
... Alone.
Please. Please

One more chance.

If I had one more chance to do this right.
One more night just to say I love you .
If I had one more chance to hold you tight.
One more night just to say I need you.
If I had one more chance under the moon so bright.
One more night just to say I won't leave you.
If I had one more chance in the candlelight.
One more night just to make this right.

About this poem:
This is my very first poem I wrote. I had never written a poem ever but I was so devastated by the break up after a six year relationship and I felt that I had to channel my energy in a creative way so far it has worked. I have written other poems but I felt the need to share my first poem with you. Express something creative is my best advice I could give you.

incorrigible

I am no one
I know you like me
you aren't that good
you know I'm a punk
and you like when I
don't give a f*ck about you
and all your romance
is f*cking retarded

and tomorrow
I don't care if you like me
I somehow fell in love
and your whisper and your whine
is so out of line
it endears you to me

the next day
I will take you
and you will want to be taken
say what you will
I am incorrigible
and you're beautiful

YOU CAN HAVE HIM

He tells you all his secrets,he tells you all his lies.
He calls you on the phone,he has you hypnotized.
He's a married man with a family and a wife...
He had a happy marriage until you came into his life.

You listened to him when he needed you the most.
You should have known better than to let him get that close!
You didn't have to sleep with him to ruin our happy lives...
You just gave him advice and made him realize...

He left me and our marriage because of things you said to each other,
You gave him the courage to have feelings for another.
A REAL woman doesn't covet another woman's man...
She supposed to advice him to stand up and do all that he can!

Why would you want him when he left me for you?
You'd take the chance that he'd do that to you, too?
We had our share of problems but you made him see...
That love takes commitment and he walked away from me.

So now you get the man who's in another woman's heart...
You get the man who left her when you should have stayed apart.
Don't you know the difference between what's right and what's wrong?
You should have stayed away and not returned his calls.

Shame on you because you did know better!
I talked to you about this on the phone and now write you this letter.
Sure, we had our problems until you came into his life,
But that's when he stopped caring enough to want me as his wife.

But you should've known better than to encourage his attention.
Just a little fact that I felt I should mention.
Honey, after the past few months of what I have been through,
I have decided that you can have him until he tires of you too.

And don't think he won't 'cause when the going gets tough he'll just run,
Place blame at you and go on with another unsuspecting one.
Then you can face a bitter divorce and anger and tears
Of the man he'll become who will always switch gears...

Making promises out of guilt and lies told to placate,
He'll do what he wants until you decide to vacate.
So have fun while it lasts and enjoy the ride
Because your relationship with HIM will surely die.

So no matter what you do, or if you play to win,
I gotta laugh right now, Because little b*tch, you can have him!

About this poem:
Honestly this poem is not for me. Its for my friend who divorce to her marriage because other woman stole her man. I saw how she suffer from the first until the end since she discovered about the mistress of her ex husband.. While looking at her i remeber the day my boyfriend cheated on me.. And guess who is the other woman.. Its my bestfriend. I can say that I wrote this one for her but all the feelings I invest in every word in this poem is came from my heart.. The pain I have before that I though already gone , rise again . The pain just hide not really gone. How many woman will suffer on this kind of man. To all the man out there.. Before you decide to get married.. please think it for thousand times if she is the one you really want. Its not easy to start a relationship look like fairytales and end up like the end of world.

The hope

Aata nahi jinhe udna..
Pankh laga do unko...
Sara jaha ye unka..
Badlega dekho....

Nile umber me..
Udta hai, wo bhi...
Pankh judte hi bante..
Saitaan ki pari...

Aao pankh lagaau..
Tumhaari yaado ko..
Wo hi yad mera..
Hausla ban jate ho..tum!!

Pillars of a Lifetime

Ignorance is innocence,
what is it I've become?
The pillar of my sanity,
I've yet to overcome.
They fall, as they crumble in my wake,
these pillars I have come to love,
I now can only rake.

Take away the pain from me,
what remains but the shell?
The hollowed essence of a man,
not sane enough to tell.
Sanity alone, not the only one that fell,
these pillars I have come to loathe,
have buried me as well.

x

There are so many words I can't bring myself to say
for if I do, what have I to cling onto?
"She was a lady, one of the best", I hear you say,
the word "was" like a dart in my heart,
she "is" I scream in silence,
not willing to accept this grief stricken life sentence.
The gaping hole you've left behind
will never be filled,
no matter the time.
You fought the battle right to the end,
no one could be prouder
than me your best friend
I ought to remember you're free of pain
and not want you back for my own selfish gain.
You are loved more than words can say
that'll never change
not now, nor 'til the end of day.

Jeeves

A dowager summoned her butler with some duress,
“Please Jeeves, come take off my dress,
Take off my petticoat,
Take off my bra.
For I know the man that you really are!
Please take off my panties,” she said with some yearning,
She knew that her butler was discreet and discerning.
“Yes Ma’am,” he answered with respect and with tact,
Finally she said in a language exact,
“Now if you wear my clothes again, you’ll be sacked!”
