To some degree we are all picky. In the long run it is better to be this way than to change relationships as often as we change our socks. I had a dream person in mind and thought I was being unreasonable so I settled for second best. Being single is better than settling for someone who will not enhance your life and you both end up miserable.

It seems to me from profile photos that Cuddles was a woman, but has now changed her profile and gender to a male. Just someone messing about. Best laugh at it then read some more worthwhile articles than from this person who is so mixed-up it does not know whether it is female or male.

We have pick the right one a person who can make us happy and accept us no matter what we are the good and the bad , iam a picky too just take your time amenda and enjoy the time while you still single

Well im 50 next week and i can tell you. I get told all the time that i only look in my late 30s ...I have been asked out by more men in the 20/30 age group and finding it hard to get a nice 50 yr old to date me. Any suggestions And my photo is of me taken last year....????

I am an American English teacher in Turkey. I know that it is soooo difficult to learn this language, it is also difficult to teach it because of the reason you wrote and other spelling problems. But it is important to learn English so you need to keep trying. Other languages are also difficult for us to learn :)))))

Well, I have a different perspective.

In my opinion, if we are expecting love, then we will not ever receive real love ----it is a fallacy to expect not to be hurt/betrayed ...even accidently. But we can give real love, can't we? And, to me, thats the only "real love" that exists----that which you yourself give, not what you yourself expect.

Lady the polictically correct word is Disabled not Handicapped.Once again your article is full of gramatical and punctuation mistakes as well as using a small i when in fact a capital I is required. And again, you bring your children into every article you write - so much attention seeking - get a life!! Lady you obviously have not read my profile as you would know that I have 2 PHD's - one in Philosophy and the other in English Literature/Linguistics. From what I can read on your profile you are not very well educated so just in case, Linguistics is the study of language. I am published professionally within my profession and in the fiction market by a reputable publisher. Self publishing companies help people to publish articles/books that a reputable publisher would not publish.

Also, to add to this mix, I have a daughter who has Down Syndrome along with Type 1 Diabetes and only recently diagnosed, Moyamoya Syndrome. This beautiful child has had to suffer through multiple strokes and siezures and 2 open brain surgeries which lasted 19 and 1/2 hours. I do not need to keep telling the world that I have a disabled child, she is beautiful and loved by many. Perhaps you need to keep telling the world of your childrens disabilities because you are seeking attention!!

Time to call it quits lady and let people who have generally interesting articles and opinions publish on this site instead of your numerous articles that have so many punctuation, apostrophe and spelling mistakes and are just full of s@*t!!!

caspar ) ever heard of selfpublishing companies? probably not as you would know if u were in the business lady but you aren;'t in it. it is a reputable company and it came from a company from my counry who has been in this business longer than u have been alive so don't keep knocking me as an authoress as you have no idea about the business unless you are in it and your ignorance is showing and it isn't pretty and i am tired of you referring to me as being a fake and a liar on here so if you have nothing nice to say keep your comments to yourself.

Oh, and something else, publishing a book yourself and having a book published by a reputable publisher are 2 very different things. When you have been published by a reputable publisher then you can say you are a published author - not when you are publishing them yourselve. Sorry to break your bubble sweetie!!

I am sorry lady but the first few lines of this posting is definately in copywrite infringement!!! And as for you being a published author - yeah maybe on this site but anywhere else and your having wet dreams I reckon!! For someone who calls themselves a published writer you sure make a lot of grammatical, semi-colon and apostrophe mistakes - maybe you need to rethink this whole position and start telling the truth!!

I experienced rejection and it was pain. He simply told me that he couldn't go on because he liked to meet girls in the area that he possibly visit someday. Now I think that was a good point in his rejection on me. That he was not a scammer. Though we are careful, sometimes it is a rather difficult for us to know whether some one is a scammer or not. And rejection is a process to make you be somebody new, more mature.

I wouldn’t know where to start correcting all the grammatical, spelling, and punctuation errors in the above article. Oh all right then, I would know – it was just a figure of speech. How about a capital A for “Anything” in the title? Always a good idea to get the title right!

I dress how I like. I wouldn't be seen dead in most of the stuff women over 50 are supposed to wear.

I have a youthful general appearance even when naked. Don't understand why I should look like lamb dressed as mutton because my age doesn't match my body type appearance.

i don;t have a problem with tatoos at all on men or women unless they have too many all on their bodies and they are fully covered in them but that is just my personal opinion and i would never judge anyone for having them on their bodies. i think though a person getting one with their husband or boyfriends name or girlfriend's names shouldn;t be done at all as you don;t know if it will be a permanent relationship or not. it is painful process to remove them i guess but it it is a child's name i think that is a lovely idea as they are a part of you and that is a wonderful reminder of them for you. now it is up to the individual whether they choose to risk going through the pain of having one removed after a break up of a relationship with that spouse or long tme girlfriend or not.that is totally my opinion and doesn;t reflect on anyone else here as it is a personal choice to make and i wouldn;t ever say anyhing bad one way or the other about anyone anyways.
