Will you be there?

Will you be my eyes
when they grow dim
Will you be my ears
when voices grow faint
Will you be my legs and hands
when mine are weak

Our love will never grow old
but our bodies will
So I ask once again
Will you be there?

In Side The Trainers Mind

Straight ahead and looking forward and moving thru tine and space and the optics ahead keeping the pace on the race one step to begin and only though is to win in the mind transitions slowly takes hold the flame and the earth the air the fire returns to the heart body and the spirit seeks the determination meets with every nerve alive the mind getting clearer with sweet dripping from every pour heading for the finish line shining ever more in side the trainers mind..

Bi-Polar

My life has been like a yo-yo
extreme ups and downs
one minute I’ve felt on top of the world
other times I don’t want to be around
I formed this strange depression
after all the battles in my life
just trying to keep happy
each time I went under the knife
now my heads bit funny,
It goes off balance all the time
one minute I can be crying
the next I could be fine
I don’t like having what I have
but I’m not angry with this thing
for I am still happy in my sadness
because I like what life can bring
so i will stick out my problem
although many of us quit
I just don't want to look back
and say s..t was that life it
although my life’s a battle
its also been good too
I have great friends and family
and a supporting lady i love right through
i think we have to step back
appreciate the special things in this place
so I will continue down my path
with this true smile on my face

About this poem:
Many people you wouldn't know suffer from this problem,
It can be brought on by many different ways, mine through battles
of operations i've fought in my life,
it can get dangerous to oneself if not treated so just take care
of yourselves!

"It's No Fun To Have A Cold"

It's no fun to have a cold,
It makes you feel all sick and old,
You itch, and sneeze, and cough and weeze,
And scratch your nose, like it's got fleas,

An acheing rumbles in your head,
And all you want to do, is stay in bed,
With tissues scattered all around,
You put your cold feet on the ground,

It's time to rise and take your pills,
So that you do not get the chills,
And warm a big hot bowl soup,
It's oh so good for you, that goup,

And when you're done with all your care,
You'll take your favorite teddy bear,
And cozy up between the sheets,
And maybe have a couple treats,

You'll watch your favorite show on air,
with popcorn falling everywhere,
And when your eyes are almost closed,
Enwrapped in blankets I suppose,

The Sandman cometh' wand in hand,
He'll take you to a distant land,
Where you'll be well again in fast,
And sickness, this shall be your last.

Sunday...

Sunday, seem to me to be the longest day of the week, It is the old Sundays I miss. Where after church everyone hugs and gives a little kiss. A time for rest and relaxation yet so many hours free is driving me a little c.r.a.z.y. This is not how I wish things to be. I wish that Sunday will one day be my day in which I celebrate and go to church to pray.

I can remember when I was well enough to head for the church I did attend. The Sunday dinners and fun times with friends. I long for those days again. Until then, I can dream and pretend.

Spending Sunday by myself is no fun for me. I enjoy it better when I have company. I miss all the good that the day once brought. Now, I can only pray that one day I will be well again and Sundays bring what they ought.

Sunday is still a beautiful day. I will embrace it, come what may. For now, I will think positive. I know there is still a reason for me to live. Sunday is a gift for me and I will learn to take things more lightheartedly.

About this poem:
I am having a hard time today facing what I must. Fri. is the BIG, BAD day. Today, I had the longest day ever or so it seemed. I swear I wish all of this could be a bad dream. Hoping for the best and to beat this big, bad, ugly illness. I don't know what the furture brings. I pray only happier things. Thank you my poet friends for all your prayers. I love you all. Take care and Bless U! Hugz, Pink.

Hard hands

Hard oiled hands warmed and ready connect with naked skin, press deep into tense muscles gliding smoothly over soft skin making her moan and sigh, her body relaxing and drifting into space her mind disconnecting and she becomes a creature of feeling.

this poem is in 3 parts

Moment in Silence, pt1

Silence speaks clearly
in the early morning hour,
the composed fool ponders
with itchy watery eyes.
He grins when the sun hides,
keep it cloudy
hang close to dull shades of grey.
The sky,
now becomes
monochrome.

The Fall, pt2

Mock the falling fool,
laugh hard and ridicule him loudly.
Color in his pain,
black ball the name,
and
lock the door as you leave.

Post-fool Fall, pt3

See his shape go sad,
you poor fool,
wired and taped behind the divide.
A lonely tear falls aimlessly down,
the dark corner is here.

The Trial of Good Bye

Tear drops in the rain saying Good Bye to all of it,
yet intrigued, leaving at the drop of a heart beat,
not ever looking back but moving forward in haste,
running, stumbling, falling into your arms: I amazed!

How fast it all came to be and yet here I am...lost!?,
my mind wondering what do I miss the most,
trying to remember how life used to be back then,
but now cannot find anything in my memory's den.

Only time will tell if I be able to master the whole of it,
step by step, day by day, slowly but with a steady pace,
walking away finally from my inner past deamons pit,
embracing the light and once more to join the human race.

I Move the Mountain

I Move the Mountain
I shift to the east...
moving my hands, I move the mountain....

I pivot to to north...
reaching, I capture the moon.

I spin to the west...
I step, across the great oceans...

I look to the south,
I return, from whence I came.

Wishing You were here. PF

Such an evil ploy
a grasping toy
How shallow
do i scan

which one shall I cast
my feather of my fan

shouting words
I
albeit turn to walk away

but always knowing
do words
crest the land

it is so dum
really
yet words fall

O some times
I think
Me! to have that wonder
To have those great arms

to grasp me within his thunder
