"It's alright for you to laugh "

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Two old ladies tired and weary trudging down the street
Two old ladies lowered themselves down upon a seat
Two old ladies said "It's alright for you to laugh"
Two old ladies were about to be shown God's path
I'm not laughing; I'm smiling with love for you.
You wouldn't be smiling if you were Old and in Pain!
I'm not smiling because you're feeling blue
I'm smiling ‘cuz in my 30's I was afflicted too!
Arthritis consumed my body; I was crying out in pain
the agony all consuming; my body becoming lame.
I cried unto the Lord whilst sitting on my bed
I'll do anything you ask of me just take away this dread!
A friend arrived the following day, clasping a book all about
Meat
Of why we really do not need it & how the vegetable kingdom
is complete!
I eagerly tried it & within six weeks totally free from pain
Derived everything from that kingdom for my heath to sustain!
Instead of being in pain and lame
I had no reason to complain
I ventured out
Without a doubt
Teaching, caring & helping
In Jesus Name!
About this poem:
I met these two old ladies in Bundoran who were quite miserable in their pain and mistakenly thought I was laughing at them...
Yet God used that opportunity to relay good news about how I had overcome the painful condition of arthritis.
JUST FOR YOU
GET UP! DO SOMETHING!Shake those shakles
Of abuse, of pain, of loneliness or whatever
Make a move because it is all up to you
No one can break those chains
Ease that pain or guide you through it all
You have the POWER, it is all in YOU
FIND IT!
TAKE IT!
USE IT!
TREASURE IT!
NEVER LOOSE IT!
GET UP! DO SOMETHING! Liberate the warrior inside
Now is not the time to hide behind weak excuses
You are strong, brave and most of all worthy
You are the most special person in the universe
No one can take that away from you
It is who you are and who you were meant to be
UNDERSTAND THAT!
KNOW THAT!
BELIEVE THAT!
PORTRAY THAT!
NEVER FORGET THAT!
GET UP! DO SOMETHING! Do it for you
Do it because you want to for yourself
And enjoy every moment of it
Forget what the world may say or think
This action is yours and yours alone
And only YOU matter in the equation
YOU DESERVE IT!
YOU HAVE EARNED IT!
YOU CAN DO IT!
YOU MUST HAVE IT!
YOU ARE YOU AND NO ONE ELSE!
Treat you special it is the least you deserve.
TRYING TIMES.....
As street lie silent, but lights shine bright
Life seems difficult, though not all fight
When nature shows, how to continue
Twilight's ruddy glows, sending clues
Evening looms ahead, families at home
A lockdown ensures, we mustn't roam
Vital workers, bravely lead the way
Life won't be the same, in future days
At a time when life, is not as it was
Many worldwide, coming to terms with loss
Time is lost, believing we had control
Daily we fulfilled, our simple daily goals
Love ones separated by a silent force
We wait the virus to take its course
Will we see our loved ones, once again
But it's not a time, to shed tears like rain
Doing what we can, to get through a time
Sometimes two metres apart, forming a line
Communication by screen, not by touch
No quick fix possible, we want so much....
No one knows how it will end
A time to be grateful, for family and friend
Hope and faith, we can believe and share
Time to stay positive, yet show we care....
Corona
The Corona Virus
On Earth there is a virus,
A plague that’s called mankind,
It is of course the human race,
The blind led by the blind.
They fought for Gods of money,
showed every kind of greed,
And wanted more of everything,
Of things they didn’t even need.
They poisoned all the oceans,
And all the land and air,
Religion taught them nothing,
Most people didn’t care.
A madness gripped the people,
Like nothing seen before,
A selfishness unheard of,
Every group wants more.
And boys were girls,
And girls were boys,
Insanity reigned supreme.
They forgot our Earth as mother,
In their dystopian world of dreams.
But a mother has her limits,
We all had pushed too far,
In desperate self-protection,
Her anti-bodies streamed,
She had to kill the human pest,
That all the rest may live.
Number one is the beginning,
And number nine completes.
And nineteen is the number,
With which she must try and defeat,
The human virus killing her,
Our Earth beneath our feet.
About this poem:
I think it's pretty evident what the poem is about. Before the coming of Christianity, the Earth was respected and revered as the great mother. Chritianity taught humans were above nature instead of part of it. The belief system was forced on the people who were forced to abandon their old Gods.
Blind
are the skies blue do the birds chirp
is this life true or did I go berserk
have I lost my mind is everything fine
am I ahead or am I behind
I cannot see straight what happened to my eyes
did I sleep late is everything a lie
what is the truth what can it be
what is the truth I can't quite see
did everything change right before my eyes
is this the truth or just some more lies
This is my song!
I am the ruler of this court
Hear what I say
Listen to me
I sing what ever I want
I have an attitude
Like I am the queen
Don't mess with me
These are
My rules my tunes
I sing my song
I have found my voice
I have an attitude
Like I'm the queen
Don't mess with me
I am the ruler
Of this court
I sing what ever I want
These are my rules
My tunes
I have an attitude
Like I'm the queen
Don't mess with me
This is my song
MOVEMENT AND MUSIC.
Movement to music, the two combined
Brings happiness to many, dancing a line
Whatever the age, ability or time
Smiles and laughter, confirm all is fine
Doesn't matter if training, leads the way
Or enjoyment the factor, making the day
Special activity, in sharing that gives
Freedom from tension, to healthily live
Simple movements, bodies can relax
Allowing the music, to release not tax
Lifting emotions, so special and unique
Fun filled activity, for everyone to keep
MY HEAD HURTS
Tingling sensation
needles pins,
starts in hand.
The fun begins.
Straight to face all along the arms.
too late,
No warnings
No alarms!
Numbness moves,
cheek lips tongue.
Oh yes!
Oh boy!
We’re gona have fun.
Wish the ground would stop its reeling,
better sit down,
here’s a dizzy feeling,
Can’t keep my breakfast down
It's time for me to stop
moving myself around
Full volume whistle
in one ear,
The lights so loud
It’s getting near.
Not long to go,
before red hot pain
intense, Pound,
Pound,
Pound,
Pound
pounding,
throbbing brain.
Zigzag daggers, flashing lights,
stabs deep inside,
hurts my eye
Blinds my sight.
It would be quite trippy,
if the pain would go away
Now it starts to bashing,
Pounding!
Hammering!
Throbbing,
Crashing,
my heads feels like it’s being smashed in.
over and over,
and over, and over, and over,
over, and over
and over again
There is no way I can win,
I give up!
I quit,
I’m done now!
I Give In!
Can’t take those thermonuclear reactions,
Need dark and silence,
I need no distractions.
No pain if I’m unconscious.
There's no reaction.
There's just no point in using simple medication,
It needs complete sedation, throughout the whole the duration.
Because that’s all you can really do,
when a really bad migraine
really really really
really gets hold of you.
Roe v. Wade
All rights come from God,
NOT the Republican Party
NOR the Surpeme Court.
NO LAW SUPERSEDS GODS LAWS.
As hard as I listen God has
NOT changed the law.
Roe v. Wade MUST be Codified into Law.
Womens Rights Must Always
Be Protected and Respected.
