death

Kill or be killed
An entity that for ever be thrilled
To spill blood that needs to be spilled
Only the corrupt and cruel
Rape murder and theft are my fuel
A moment time to react
Wedges sharp a serrated point is a fact
Metal jackets hollow points pierce the night
Only one to stand the fight
I'm there feel it all the fright
A dark red glow in the lights of moon
The cruel hit the ground and death comes soon
An immortal life that haunts my soul
As my dark heart is taken whole
The dears cost in my domain will be the toll
Those who choose choose well
And don't take what u can sell
Penalty to those who just
A thing for me thats a must
Drips from skies in the dust
Drips of blood rain down and pour from my face
A heat so hot creates a cold place
Dormant in there for I will send
The only help lasts I am the only friend
Soon it begins but never will it end

lost

Blacker than the blackest night
Loser of an epic fight
Pain in the blind pitch of sight
A light not seen none is right
Doomed again do not stand
Here I am a pure uncurrupt man
Sit for faint and fear to fall
Forever I shall stand tall
Curruption stains on the ground
Life spilt no more around
Sorrow screams but not a sound
Fate expires and here I'm bound
A path choosen not by saints
No one to tame a beast
No room for a pleasant family feast
Yes ill admit its sad but for not glad
Come they go and won't stick to see
What truely is apart of me
And so a broken beast left anlone
To be untamed and let go
Fear its presents and its leave
Heart so slow to beat again
Only hope for a dieing end

Dog Fight

A Native American elder once described his own inner struggles in this manner: Inside of me there are two dogs. One of the dogs is mean and evil. The other dog is good. The mean dog fights the good dog all the time." When asked which dog wins, he reflected for a moment and replied, 'The one I feed the most'.

Alone

Alone
Each night I walked by the sea.
Many people also walked but not with me.
He sat alone a young man.
Who looked at nothing but the sea.
He looked so sad, I began to wonder why.
What problems were going on in his head?
I wanted to stop and ask if I could help.
My legs would not stop, I walked on by instead.
Each night I walked this path by the sea.
Each night I saw this lonely figure but he did not see me.
Was he alone by choice or did circumstances dictate?
Had he lost the love of his life?
Maybe this love was already his wife.
Or some one he hoped would some day be his wife.
Loneliness is a state of the mind.
It is hard for the body to hide these feelings.
It is a time in ones life when all seems lost.
Your life and world has no meaning.
I related to this young man with strong feelings.
This path I had been many times before.
I had sat with my thoughts looking at the sea.
My eyes fixed on the distant shore.
Would I have let a stranger into my world of sorrow?
I do not think so not today, maybe tomorrow.
Tomorrow is here, I did not talk to this young man.
Who looked at nothing but the sea.
I now know I could not face the sorrow.
I looked at the water to see a reflection.
Of this young man that looked at the sea.
The only reflection I saw was a reflection of me.

child's play

underminded critical situations.... he simply blows off
she married my broken brain
she said don't plagiarize me, it works just fine
she doesn't care how much I drink
as long as I allow her to breathe
yeah, he slubbed me
(we'll have to wait until she gets out of the bathroom and then I'll hold her down and then she may mutter more)
an assault on my tongue, teeth and lips
that's not nice to do to somebody that's already sick
shhhh, we're gonna wake up the kids
'it's out of bounds" he said, as she groped for his groin
he quickly discovered "oh my god, she's naked!"
soon he began to think
that was his next mistake
it wasn't long until he discovered
"where's the vodka?"
but did you finish the bottle in the fridge?
and then you're excused from any more typing
now don't you dare
whoa, where's the lid
honey, I lost the lid
oh wait I found it
I got this stuff and I got this stuff
and I got the other stuff
don't you write that or I'm going to have to erase it
and I keep dropping the daggone lid
she's glad I love her
me too

Damsel In Distress

The day had been long, the problems not few
But now it was over, not a lot left to do.
She said she’d go home, leave the rest for tomorrow
But that was not to be the end of her sorrow.

For there in the car park dimly lighting her way
Were the lights of her car which she’d left on all day.
The battery was flat, she knew the wait would be long
For road assistance wouldn’t come quickly if she were not wrong.

Would somebody help, could she ask, would she dare?
Would somebody willingly help this damsel in despair?
She asked herself full of glum and remorse,
‘Is my knight out there somewhere, with or without his white horse?’

When he heard her sad tale he jumped up from of his seat
To help her his pleasure, this challenge to meet.
No obstacle too great, the jump leads were bought
‘Here’s my knight in shining armour’, she silently thought.

The car jumped to life, the engine started to purr
To so gallant an act it had no choice but defer.
She kissed him and hugged him, wanted to hold him real tight
But in separate directions they drove into the night

But her thoughts remained with him, so grateful was she
How could she repay such an act of noble gallantry?
A ‘thank you’ too little, a gift simply bought
‘I’ll write him a poem, that’s much nicer’, she thought.

At the Waters Edge

The wind tears a leaf from the oak tree.
It falls lightly upon the water
and the current carries it away.

Time has gradually erased a memory
from my heart.
I watch the oak leaf drifting away
on the current.

Since I have forgotten him
whom I loved,
I dream the day through in sadness
lying at the water's edge.

But the oak leaf floated back
under the tree,
And it seemed to me that the memory
could never be erased.

everything

everything seems so far away and so hard to reach at times I wonder if everything is going to be ok. most days its not and I constantly fall short of being the person that I need to be. everythings not ok but i hope one day that everything will be.
