I am clean but dirty
Piss on me to make me shower
Experiment with ways to hurt me
Since I run on nuclear power
I'm possessed but I'm the demon
Join me in my apathy
Free yourself from all my semen
Escaping with an empty seed
I don't need someone to cherish
Your shit gets much to full
I let all my hope perish
How could I be so cruel
You are my anti-toxin
The hand that pulls my leash
I commit suicide so often
It has become my soul release
But on the bright side I'm still alive
After all you've been no saint
Always said you'd try to help me survive
If the intentions still there the evidence is faint

On the northern borders of England, Hadrian built a wall
"This will keep those maurauding Scots out" he thought
so he made it four foot tall
When he saw the tartan army homing into view
"These Scots are unlike us" he said "they like to wear skirts too"
But these were not frilly miny skirts, those bravehearts did adorn
these were made of the purist wool, tartan kilts were what he saw
On the fronts they wore their sporrans, or thats what people say
as from a distance, it looked like their meat and two veg were proudly on display.
It certainly had the desired effect, as the Romans ran away
And the Highland men, who did not fear, knew they won the day
They went back to their fair women folk, with only one thing on their minds, and lifted their kilts, to sheave their mighty claymores, right up to the hilt.
Red hair and red faces was what they had, these mighty Scottish folk, but apart from that, their rugged lifestyle, was certainly no joke. We forget the Scottish people, have a gentle side to them, from the fair Scottish bonnie lass, to the kilt wearing men. They are some of the warmest folk, of the humankind, who like a wee dram at Hogmany, and to sing Auld Lang Syne

God created the world in seven days
He started it all with the suns golden rays
The earth he sculpted into a ball
Then planted the seeds, until the plants grew tall
Some areas he made the oceans and seas
Then filled the earth with dinosaurs free
But they all died out from a fiery flame
He then created man and then woman came
They populated the earth, and their structures grew
And shared their lives with all nature too
God keeps working both night and day
To improve his creation of seven days
But it must fill him with sadness and with dread
To see some people without their daily bread
But with his love and adoration
We can all improve our lives, with his creation

A hummingbird in a cage
Puts all heaven in a rage
A swallow feeds
Whilst on the wing
A songthrush would cease to sing

I believe there is good inside everyone but many have never read their owner's manual.
I believe little kids could be our best teachers if we slow down, be quiet and see the world through their eyes.
I believe we should stop and help each other especially when it's evident that someone's in trouble.
I believe in karma and that one way or another, things always work themselves out.
I believe there is magic in music. Music is more than words and notes but has a heart and a soul. It can connect on multiple levels.
I believe there is a voice that talks to my heart when I stop to listen to the breeze flowing through the trees and the grass. I just stop and relax, look, listen and close my eyes. And then it brushes my heart and it makes me jump. And it's good.
I believe we should read more books and watch less TV. I believe books help us to wake up, think, listen and ask why?
I believe that there is nothing better than being in love. That love that churns inside and makes me feel much younger than I am. That love that makes me do everything better. That love that almost erases the me and I just see you.
I believe it's ok to be lonely every once in a while and reflect. It forces me to figure out more of who I am and what I need. I don't do that enough.
I believe it's ok to cry. It helps me feel and see what's inside that's trying to get out. It helps me be honest and awake. It's cleansing.
I believe my best life lessons have come from my mistakes. Mistakes leave a mark, the easy stuff doesn't.
I believe we're all on our way to somewhere and we are the only captains of what that course is.
I believe we can change our outlook on life in a second and turn unhappiness to bliss if we want to. All we have to do is decide.
I believe I will be happy today and do my best for my kids, my family, my friends and everyone else I meet on my way.
That's what I believe.

Smiling is infectious
you can catch it like the flu
when someone smiled at me today
I started to smile too
I walked around the corner
and someone gaught my grin
and when he started to smile too
I realised I had passed it on to him
I thought long and hard about that smile
and realised its worth
how fast a smile just like mine
could travel around the earth
So when your down do not frown
and think of all the funny clowns
don't let it go undetected
lets all start an epidemic quick
and get the whole world infected

Disposable
When we' re together.. It's always so amazing..
Because you never seem to want
to let me out of your sight..
And I am sure that you are the one
I was meant to be with..
Nothing has ever felt so right..
But when we are apart..
I have to wonder where exactly it is that I fit in your heart..
It's that whole damned obligation thing again..
I've never been one to go and settle for playing second fiddle..
And alot of times it seems more like I'm the monkey in the middle...
And I know I really shouldn't complain..
You're doing it all on your own..
And yes I really do think that it's
just great.
Not like I didn't know this ..
from the beginning..
And yet I jumped in anyway...
So here I am taking a backseat.. to kids
and pets and football games..
Guess what it comes down to is am I willing to settle
For weekends, and when she has the kids..
Sometimes I just feel like something so diposable..
Should I stay or should I go...
Don't really want to be disposable....
I don't know..
But that' s exactly how it feels...
That I'm Disposable.

The mind is a river flowing towards the sea, of knowledge, wisdom and understanding of who we truly are ,not by the standard of other , but by the ocean of our soul. The mind is a fire burning for, truth, love and respect for it's endless work, and it's never ending quest for the fuel of honesty ,admiration and kindness to keep it ablaze. The mind is the wind without boundary , fraternizing with unlimitedness, depicting core of our experience with strong gust of immense power that can't be control, imitate or measure . The mind is the earth ,the womb the giver of life, the center of all thing, indestructible, fertile and the most profound gift one could ever receive, which no one or anything can take away, not even death. It will continue to exist even beyond existence, always stimulating us with new idea, invention and most of all with new thought to exhibit to our generation and generation to come. The mind is the moon controlling the tide of a nation with amity and never fail to amaze us with is luminous glow and leave us astonish in it's most magnificent glory. The mind is the sun never cease to rise to the occasion and bless us with it's perpetual radiance of one's brilliance with no reference to size ,color, shape, gender or religious background.

A thousand miles i walk.
a thousand tears I shed,
What is there to do?
What is there to say?
I know I can't have you
What is there to feel?
When you don’t feel the same?
But one thing for sure I know,
I know I can’t have you,

The things I will miss when I have gone
The twinkling stars the moon and the sun
The flowers and the trees
The birds and the bees
The animals all around
A childs sweet sound
The sky so blue
The seas and oceans too
But most of all
And this is true
The things I will miss most is you
