That time will soon be right,
for some of us and maybe more,
pack that lotion ready for the flight,
for the location with Sun that we all adore,
Sitting here in miserable weather,
cold and damp makes you want to explore,
wrapped up in that eider feather,
dust off those blues lets head for the door,
Feeling the suns warmth ray,
walking across those silken sands,
looking across that beautiful bay,
if in luck maybe hold someones hands,
Dreams of such make a daydreaming day,
especially when looking at the snow and ice,
hoping your health stays together you pray,
Oh its` so cold now maybe I will go twice.

About this poem:
Feeling the cold a little, old bones so thinking of somewhere nice and warm. Some of us will already be well ahead of the planning stage and looking forward to the day of flights.

To dream the dream
To live the life
To care and share
To escape the strife
To be there in good
To be there in bad
To be there when happy
To be there when sad
To be there for each other
To be there as a team
To battle life's troubles
To find what life means.
Two seems what it is all about
Two together can work it out
Two is the number that means most to me
That person is somewhere - I just wait to see.

Lingering within the confines of my subconscious, they still remain.
Pieces of faded pictures from past occurrences seem as though they took place in someone else's life.

Marion returns
from the kitchen
coveting glasses
1962 is passing
Chevy in the rain
I fan the magazine
feign interest in the television
Marion pours deliberately
a sordid vintage
Floyd Patterson
Marilyn was a tragedy
Marion eyes me for reaction
I shift slowly
with suburban malaise
missiles for Cuba
Love, love me do
Marion hums
this year I'll grow my hair
escape the city
Glenn in orbit

Sorrow's grasp has squeezed my heart
in unrelenting measure,
along with pain it eats my soul
destroying any pleasure.
It convolutes my view of all
and decimates my being
irradicating common sense
im blind to any seeing........
of life or love i want so much-
the blissful feel of human touch.
The hope that brings another day
so shortly out of reach
a lesson of life's daily rage
a lesson meant to teach.
How did this happen,
I am so weak
how did this mangling
malaise sneak
into my life with so much drive?
How do i stop this menace?
How shall I gain what used to be
what will be my due penance?
Am i strong enough to change the path
and walk into the light or
be beseiged by sadness knocking
constantly at night?
I sit here and I wonder
as I write down every word.
Am i only dreaming or
is my whole life absurd?

Instead of short hi's, and turns to flee.
Take the time, and walk over to me.
I ran to those, who wont judgingly pose.
Who know me for me, and show me the good they can see.
With the look in their eyes, of love without lies.
That helps me grow strong, and know i'll always belong.
Through unmanageable worsts, where i show raging bursts.
Where others terror of me, from my rage you set me free.
Much misunderstood gratitude due, one I hope you come to view.
I wish i could show you more, what my simple thanks are for.
But thoughts scream in my mind, i wish you could just find.
Of, for you my loving plea, of how much you mean to me...
xXxXx..

I was absent, the day you left me
just like so many times before
so at the time, I didn't miss you
I never heard the closing door
you left a message, that you had gone away
I never noticed you weren't there
as if I didn't have a care
never noticed you weren't there
til found the note left on the stair
I broke down and cried "don't leave me this way"
but it was far too late for tears
there was nothing I could say
forced to face my fears
for now you've gone away
so, curled into a ball, upon that stair
now, much too late...I had a care

You look into my eyes and see things you don't understand.
Am I a mystery? I think not.
You look at my smile;
You search for something that isn't there.
Am I a mystery? I think not.
You listen to my voice, and call me an angel.
This angel is flesh and blood,
Not a doll to be put on show.
You see - I'm not a mystery.
I am me.
I am flesh and blood.
Touch me; I wont break.
There's no mystery here.
Caress me; feel the warmth.
I'm not a mystery; I am Woman.
Here I am - desires abound;
Relentless and sensuous - yours to caress
Like a flower; make me bloom.
Don't stop; not even to rest!
No mystery here; Just a Woman.
I feel the weight of your body against mine;
Your heaving breath upon my skin.
The most gentle touch on my thigh,
The soft nibbling on my breasts -
Moving slowly in a downward motion.
Now you see,
I'm no mystery; I am Woman.
I am all Woman

stars on a mantles leaf
rose and gold the hearts own thief
to every breath once come is gone
what it was that makes a souls belief
old Indian poets speaking words like driven sand
with face of god above you and stars so close to hand
how can harshness lead to the love of beauty
yet in the oasis of her smile we stand
arms reaching up to a Goddess with Autumn's hair
but the moon it will not rise for prayer
and sorrow touches my hands
as they move across the papers tear

I go for the bottle to steady my nerves
The day has not yet begun
Last night was all laughs and fun
He leaves with a quick goodbye who is this guy
My heart is low I take a gulp of sweet surrender then another and another
It dosnt take my rawness away but exposes me and hits me hard
Like the bottle I smash to the ground
In a thousand fragments.
Peach.
