I feel like crying today
These feelings wave over me
Of humanity
Destiny
Love and life
And death
In wars and scores
Of unrealized dreams
Schemes meant
To hurt one another
Beauty so real
Thankfulness and
Appeal
Running in time
Through endless themes
Hopes of
Finding peace within
In prisms of your mind
Caverns of the soul
That crying brings forth
In times of bitterness
Coldness
Tears that fall
Silently upon my face
I feel whispers of
Love
From everyplace
Real or unreal
Unspoken perhaps
Broken
My mind wanders
Seeking honestly
Love in a world
Running out of
Control
No thankfulness
Come quickly peace
I feel like crying
Today
Love come today
Kiss us
While we quiver
In despair
Please stay
With us
In our hearts
Forever

I have filled out where I am from,
I have stated my age.
With a click of the mouse,
you can see my page.
I put this info there,
so you don't have to ask me.
If you ask me these things,
not trying to be dastardly.
But I'm thinking that maybe,
you're a bit dense?
Or maybe just lazy,
please don't take offense.
For it's me who's offended,
to be asked what you ask.
Read my damned profile,
it's no great task.
Guess what, if you actually bother to,
take a look at my available profile.
You'll see I'm not the one for you,
you're simply smitten by my smile!

About this poem:
Asking someone about information that is readily available is, to say the least, exasperating *frown*.

A father, a son, my great uncle, my friend
lest we forget you fought till the end
our countries hero, our countries man
stand down soldier we salute with our hand
though...
Lest we forget
the less we remember
they were not soldiers
they were our family member
A lifetime of silence
to those who fought for freedom
given the apple
in the garden of eden
Rest in piece uncle Thomas

High above the world I stretch
A structure steel and glass
Maddening hurry, Quickly scurry
Like ants they are below
Sun does sparkle on my glass
And people stop in wonder
Tall and slim, so elegant
Heavenwards I reach
Home for thousands within my walls
Rooms of sparkling white
Many comforts I bestow
All your heart desires
Time it races quickly past
And life is much too short
Steel rusts and mortar crumbles
All will be but dust

While the wind and rain passing true
so it's our hopes and dreams changing and passing too.
When you get tired and feeling down from unfulfilled dreams
that slips away or just become too old to keep carry them on
like old shoes that needs to be repaired or thrown away for good,
so as you my friend renew your hopes, polish them and go out
into lanes and the fields,
listen and look at the birds still singing,
they didn't lost art of beautiful voices,
tree branches still waves to unknown passengers
and leaves changing collars,
falling down,
and growing again with each new season...
and just because you lost some dreams
the world didn't stop to go around
so it's you my friend that needs to replays old dream
and spread the new seeds in the world ...

I was contemplating my navel with all the power I saw able
Why is it in the middle of my stomach? To this I am quite flummoxed
Why does mine seem to go in? Is it because I am so thin?
I know of some that stick out, pregnant women this they seem to flout
Who came up with its design? It has puzzled me for some time
Why isn’t under my hair? No one would see it there
If I cut my skin the healing will begin and then in time, no more sign
So why does this bloody thing sit on my stomach with a grin
The answers to this and much more, I am attempting to explore
If you can answer these questions please do,
I would to know what it is for and what does it do?

There is a part of us as must walks free,
A part which you have named,
To be yet unnamed,
A part which carries a whisper,
As a breath does life,
A Whisper Of Love
Too free to be tamed.
It lies within us, as a shadow unseen,
It flows before us, as a newborn stream,
We stand in its wake, and follow its course,
Wherever it leads, we, are its source.
With force untold, it continues to flow,
And in time, blankets the earth,
An ocean knows no foe.
Aye, this spirit, which you have named,
No prison it knows, save love’s disdain.
Foul play and folly, accelerate its course,
Towards sins, called yesterday,
Which was its source.
But, if we are to love, and experience love’s return,
We must walk in aloneness, the spirited path,
Totally free, from our companions concern,
For to be alone, is to be totally free,
And only those, who cherish their freedom,
Fulfill, Life’s Destiny
