Are you there

Are you there?
Are you real?
What is to explain
The way that I feel?
An email, an image
This is like scrimmage
I need to sit down
Across from your frown
...or smile if you are so inclined
But how am I to know?
You're just text in
this Virtual pixel show!
Why don't you meet me?
Is your image not real?
Can't you converse with your mouth!!
Is it made of steel?
I'm getting kind of giddy
I think that means silly
For I've made up my mind
You're just an illusion
Stop me now...if I'd lead to confusion
But meet me now and touch my hand
Oh you can keep on being a One woman Band
Cause frankly....my real name is Frank!
I really believe this is all a big prank
And instead of getting pissed
As in...hey yah drunk
I think you have too much junk in your trunk!
And if that doesn't tick you off then girl
Here's a new whirl
I have much more
It's to do with sheet and it rhymes with smores
Who the heck do YOU think I am?
Also you are just hot air and Scammer jam.
So if you're offended and want to slap me
Then you're welcome too it
But you'll finally have to meet me
Blah!!!!!
Sorry.......kinda got carried away
It would be very nice if I could meet you at Timmies
and we could talk over coffee....Ok???
You know....I think we have an awfull lot in common.
Hello?
Are you there??

My beautifull lover

Go" whilst you can
whilst i can still let you
dont confuse my urge to keep you
as anything, other then s*xual.

i know what your thinking
your asuming your the one
well my beautifull lover
let me tell you, you are wrong.

your sweet for what you have given me
you have given me more then i deserve
but i can only desire & never love you
ill use you and you, il hurt.

go" my beautifull lover
before i take you upstairs
before i demand you live me
before i rip off your shirt.

im trying to do right, so let me
to use you is a sin
i can never give to you my heart
what iv not got, i cant give.

dont look at me with those sad eyes
i did tell you from the start
not to fall in love cause i cannot
whilst another owns my heart.

go my beautifull lover, go...
not me but my body will miss you so.

The Weeping Rose

Under a burning sky
of misty morn
Diamond tears on roses
form
Dewdrops falling in sad
farewell
Peddles wilting in
summers swell
Beauty untold by
writers pen
Fades to twilight at
seasons end
And though her teardrops
kiss a loving hand
The weeping rose shall
rise again~

"You Know a Hurricane's Comin!"

You know a hurricane's comin',
when sheets of rain race against the wind.
When trees are swaying to the rhythm of the blues,
a rhythm that their own leaves send.
When the gator's of the bayou are diving,
down deep to escape the havoc above.
When Cajun's put away their fiddles,
their guitars and the Gumbo they love.

You know a hurricane's comin!

When the critters of the woods scatter,
unconcerned by whom they've been seen.
The Black Panther by the fleeing boar,
is considered as being less than mean.
The skies are filled with floating debris,
looking like butterflies on drunken display.
The tranquil waters, once calm and still,
are churning and swelling in the bay.

You know a hurricane's comin!

Mother Nature has her signs,
and her means of announcing that to come.
Just as an intuitive man or woman,
will also know when they're headed for fun.
As the unfolding weather tells it's story,
to those with keen eyes and a sharp nose.
So too, can the heart discern and read,
changing temps of sensual highs and lows.

You know a hurricane's comin!

Board up the house, secure the shutters,
fasten all open latches and locks.
Put everything outside safely away,
bring up the boat from the dock!
It's gonna be a mean one, it's runnin it's course,
it's gonna keep us up late!
This passionate storm of mounting force
is nothing short of GREAT!

You know a hurricane's comin!

The lights begin to flicker,
the air is full of mysterious moans!
The candles within that are burning,
set an ambiance of desire in the home.
Let the storm outside come upon us,
with all it's energy and force displayed.
Cause the storm of passion between us,
pales the power it's conveyed!

You know a hurricane's cummin!

About this poem:
I'm not one to write much about 'Sensual Passion', but I thought I'd try my hand at it while writing an original poem for a friend of mine that carries the same name as a recent hurricane here in the U.S.

First Meeting

My heart is thumping
We are going to meet at last
Heart keep pumping
My heart is full of feelings I've amassed
I'm befuddled, I'm anxious, I'm not sure
what I am but I'm not myself.
I'm usually calm and cool and don't wince under pressure.
I guess this means I really, really think this is crucial.
Thought I'd be cool but God I feel like a fool.
Panic city! What to do? What to say?
Calm down you dufus. She likes you for
who you are doesn't she?
So I'll just be myself. There are millions
of people who pretend to be someone else.
Maybe she just wants someone to be themself
and not play silly games. That's what I want also
so just calm down and be your charming self
BoyshChrm and all will be well. I want it to
all go well so badly. Strange phrase
"well so badly"...don't use that...it
might be a jinx. Now I'm stressed again
Mercy!! Gotta get this over with!!
Oh what pain!!

Mending

Carved utilitarian shape, varnished with age,
worn, brown wooden spool once a tree, living,
now reduced to only inches - three.
Red fibers wrapped tightly ‘round,
and, in the wrapping to keep together,
both lights and shadows appear,
as fiber twists against fiber to give strength
yielding a texture of roughness
that belies the silky threads.
As they attempt to unravel themselves,
unbound, the thick fibers soften and flow
off the spool in a pool of crimson,
with more than a trace of blue.

Amy picks up the ancient spool of thread
given to her by her mother.
It had once been her grandmother’s, too -
a lifeline connecting them all,
stitching past to present to future.
With mother and grandmother gone,
it’s all she has to do the job of mending
the shirt her husband wants to wear.
Deftly, she pulls the fiber through
the needle’s eye and begins to stitch.
She notices that, unlike her marriage,
the color is a perfect match
and she sews to mend her tattered life.

Under The Silver Maple

The boy and girl rode westward from the stables that fine day
T'was the end of the summer and first date since they had met
The girl seated on the Chestnut and boy on a dark bay
They'd talked all summer without being alone as yet

Soon they would both leave for different colleges and careers
Their passion for riding would become a distance memory
The simple life would soon become a thing of passing years
Their equestrian accomplishments probably past glory

Hours later they came to a clearing overlooking a stream
A tall silver maple marked the unique dining spot
An equisite place for picnic lunches and a summer dream
The warm summer breeze making the shade so very quickly sought

They tethered horses to a poplar near the clearing
They had brought sanwiches, fruit, pie and wine with plastic glass
The boy with arms ladden and the girl with golden earring
They sat on red and white linen nostalgic of the past

Chatting of the hot summer gone they smiled and laughed
Talked of hopes and dreams and futures that would come to pass
They quickly spoke of things to be as white wine they quaffed
Conversing the honey bees buzzed just above the lass

A hive in branches high above were home to queen and drones
The hansome boy and fair haired girl enjoying chatter
Then came a time when girl and boy spoke in more muted tones
Perhaps Sensing smell of wildflowers abundant scatter

They both fought for single fork that was meant for the apple pie
As if on queue the breeze ceased as if halted in time
As wrestling ceased each caught the other's inquiring eye
Each gentle leaf bent closer as if intent to see a crime

Hand caressed her chin gently to see what was amiss
The meeting of eyes closed out the sense of earthly world
He bent down and while caressing her cheek did steal a kiss
A hummingbird hovered as the girl's hair unfurled

Secure under the maple's canopy of silver green light
Tenderley embraced in passion they whiled away hours
Amongst the satin patina of the hummingbird's flight,
buzz of the honey bee, and fragrant hint of wildflowers

The sun drifted west unveiling the couple to sun's ray
They were no longer under the great maple's safe mantle
They packed not envying the promise of end of day
They road double with girl behind the boys saddle cantle

As they sadly parted and went their own seperate ways
With Visions of ride to the stream and silver maple trees
They knew that they would often remember bright summer days
Luscious beauty of nature and the warm summer breeze

Secure under the maple's canopy of silver green light
Tenderley embraced in passion they whiled away hours
Amongst the satin patina of the hummingbird's flight,
buzz of the honey bee, and fragrant hint of wildflowers

In search of my heart...

I spent a lifetime in search of meaning,
Why am I here? Where did I come from? Where am I going? Who am I?
I delved into many of the sacred writings of the world,
I spent years practicing various modalities such as prayer, meditation, introspection, fasting, even,
I spent many years in the various temples of the world,
I searched in thousands of the world’s books,
I earned university degrees,
I spoke with many of the world’s wise, I listened to their thoughts,
Next, I tried the world’s ‘foolish’, I listened to their thoughts, lest, per chance they had the answer,
I counselled many, and received counsel of many,
I travelled far and wide,
Always in search of meaning...

I have seen birth, I delivered two of my daughters with my own hands,
I have hosted funerals, lost father, mother, wife, granddaughter,
I have loved, and I have hated, and I have been loved and I have been hated,
I have great friends and I have great enemies,
I experienced want, I experienced plenty,
I dwelt in lushness, I was born in the desert,
I have been in wars, I have known peace,
Been up, gone down,
Always in search of meaning...

So far, meaning eludes me,
I have come to the conclusion that only I can give anything meaning,
And, “Boy, do I struggle with that...!”

Finally, I draw comfort from the old proverb:
"If you cannot find a temple in your heart, you'll never find your heart in a temple..."

Our World

Sometimes....
For what we want, the cost is too high,
We wish it was free,
Though we know nothing is,
We would like to change the world,
to a version we want to see.
And after we've saved and saved,
We may find, we don't want it now,
There's something else we crave.
If only the world was as we wanted it to be!
But, would we be happy then,
With the world our oyster, our limit the sky?

So.....
We poets, extend the limit, to that of our imaginations
Largely ignore the worlds religions, politics and machinations,
Try to make it a more acceptable place,
A world more comfortable and easy to face,
A world, a place, we would like it to be,
And kindly invite all those who would like to see.

love suffering-1

TO MY UNKNOWN PRETTY PRINCESS : -
If roses brings happiness , it will not bring as you do , If love brings safety so it will not be without you ,If god brings me a gift it should be a pretty princess like you . - My city of love , I walk at your streets at the time I am sick and feverish with love at my heart with no medicine treat me and at very hopeless case cause I do not found your sweet kind care from long time . - you spread the pains and teasing at my body as you want ,, there are no witness for what you do ,, cause you are my only prision guard at your love and tearing jail . - I come back to our love home walking upon your love fire spots ,, my suffering of you who only take my hand and guide me as blind man , I nock at your love home door waiting your response and no response come to me ,, I do not carry flowers for you but I carry upon my back all my sad history ,, waiting you to erase it with your kind care . - My heart , my soul and my body please stop blaming me cause my self - teasing ,, bleeding my heart to end at every day from missing you . - your love ,, make me blind and speechless for all events around me ,, I become as prisioner at your love jail for ever and mindless from missing and waiting any kind care doing from you ,, you are as lighting candle for my dark sad way . - After you leave me ,, I see the patience is an amazing thing ,,
I found my self walk at the early morning time as a drunk lost one , I become fear from night cause your rememberance come and teasing my soul for end without mercy and the sleep lost the way to my eyes and my tears flow and dropped as non stop rivers from suffeing you . - after you leave me ,, as the autumn coming and our love flowers lost its polish and the birds sing sad sorrow songs instead of happy songs and my life become full of injuries , pains , depression and sorrow and my life become empty as the sevre dry desert ,, and my spring flowers had the blood colours as they become feel sad for my sad case
