peach

your smell,
your juice,

drip down my chin,

I swirl my tongue,

capturing,
licking,

dewy drops,

off

the crease of lips,

savoring nectar’s
sweet taste,

I close my eyes,
in reverence,

planting
the seed,

deep,

deep
within

waiting for the guest

Afar as the eye can see
i am standing alone by the sea
waiting for the guest to be
to stand next to me

Alone i feel standing here
looking down into the abyss
for you have been gone years
snatched away from me

Clouds race by and as far as i can see
the waves coming in are laughing at me
glancing around what do i see
you have always been here with me

Never will i be alone
with you standing next to me
for memories of you
will always be cherished by me

Wait for me at heavens gates
and always have that smile on your face
i am no longer alone
now that your with me

Is there a word?

Is there a place on your chest
For my soul to rest?

Is there a place on your palm hand
For my life to dwell?

Is there a place in your heart
To wrap me up?

Is there a word in the world
To bring you where you belong?

Bars

There are bars on my window
That mars my view of the park
The trees don’t talk, or listen
Like me, they just are
At times of high winds they whisper
Each one its own orchestral aria
Sometimes soft
And then with crescendos
Like passages from Holst’s Mars
But mostly as soft sad laments
Yet now stillness reigns
Somehow seeming a motion
That defies movement
Empty swings plead for children
As if they have an understanding
Of solitude and loneliness
A passing stray cat stops
And stares
With a look of apprehension
In eyes as dark as its fur
Its coat blacker than its shadow
For a fleeting second
We look into each others eyes
Then it quickly scurries away
Maybe it could perceive
The bars that imprison my soul

WWE PERMEATES EVERY SPORT/SCRIPTED!!

Integrity in Sports never 100% sound
on the up and up unfound
I loved football like every man
going WWE canceled me as fan

For early defectors they found cure
scripted drama THE solution for sure
owners all about revenue taken in
filling stadiums more relevant than win

Action Packed assures fans don't leave
being duped is reason to grieve
Assertions most reluctant to concede true
remove denial blinders you'll see too

Playoffs precarious until seasons final play
not occurring every year ODDS say
Pathetic grandstanding every play they make
today's majority "Thug League" mostly fake

Saints without Katrina wouldn't think so!
Red Sox without 'bomb' hell NO
Ironic tragedies culminate into championship year
after Harvey Astro's by happenstance persevere

Tragedies and for affected I feel
championships helped the cities people heal
blowouts past prompted patrons to leave
now 'drama' based scripting to deceive

Many fans unruly after team's success
bullies become murderers a safe guess
Diehard fans shall deem sentiments absurd
I FIRMLY stand behind every word

About this poem:
Overwhelming evidence! TOO many Improbable comebacks...Teams play like champions one half and forget how the second half! Most games (especially the most relevant) are kept dramatic til final seconds so fans stay in there seats til the end. Networks have to have stories to tell each week. Stories (even made up ones to keep drama alive)...because it works best! If last years Super Bowl didn't stir any faith...nothing will.

I don’t deserve U!

.....
You said
.....
I don’t deserve you
Cause I am too good
I don’t deserve you
Cause I am too cool
.....
And you said
.....
You don’t deserve me
Cause I am beautiful
You don’t deserve me
Cause I am a girl that everyone’s dream for
.....
May I ask?
.....
If I don’t deserve you
And you don't deserve me
Whom do I deserve?
And you deserve who?
.....
You don’t deserve a good girl?
You don’t like a cool girl?
You don’t need a beautiful girl?
You don’t want a girl that everyone’s dream for?
.....
May I know?
.....
Who do you want?
A bad ugly girl, you want?
A girl in jail, you want?
A girl from hell, you want?
.....
Well
.....
I think they deserve you!

Fading into black

Embedded image from another site

Lost in the wilderness
I can't look back
the sky is dark
fading to black.

A knife in my heart
hard to pull out
it cuts so deep
but I refuse to shout.

Where is the love?
blood dripping to dirt
now i feel nothing
but pain and hurt.

Afraid I stumble and fall
Dear Lord I pray
this is not the end
this world a shade of gray.

I hear the reaper coming around
to put me six feet under
the hard cold ground
clouds lightning and thunder.

Lord, the way I have lost
I'm running out of time
I'll do whatever to pay the cost
the highest mountain I will climb.

Bring my lady into my arms
help me get back on track
without her my life is over
everything fading into black...

Missing you silently

Missing you silently
Missing you in my heart beat..
Lonely days..I am living..
I 'm walking hopelessly

I am calling you …I am calling your heart
Where have you been gone ..where is all the love
I am calling your soul ..needing to know ..
Should I stay here forever ..
Should I wait here a lone ..

Seeing you in my dreams , is like
Seeing you in my reality
I can feel you breath..I can hear you scream
Wont you tell me,
so I can save you eternally

I am calling you …I am calling your heart
Where have you been gone ..where is all the love
I am calling your soul ..needing to know ..
Should I stay here forever ..
or Should I wait here all a lone ..

** now let me heal that pain I cost , let me take that chance
Seeing you in her arms , is killing my romance
And all I have to prove now is that I loved you more then my life ..**

The Magnolia Tree

Embedded image from another site

Outside my window
I watch you
since winter began
to hold your beauty close...

I will protect you
from the rain and cold
as you wear
your grayish-green coat...

when Springtime comes
you will release
your sweet perfume
exotic in all its splendor!

Your beautiful flower
like hands will open
fingers uncurling
your beauty hidden in winter...

Dream Catcher

Dream Catcher blowing gently above
Weave me a Dream of my true love
Passing through your delicate web
Nothing but good dreams doth reach my bed

Dreaming a beautiful dream in my mind
Caught in a different world and time
A dream of gentle ocean breezes
Sounds and smells to my mind pleases

Sounds of water from a mountain stream flowing
Speeding along to the ocean a going
Soothing my spirit like a smooth stone
Meandering and always forever on the roam

The sound of a wolf howling on the wind
Touching my soul as though we are kin
A full moon and bright stars shining at night
Like hung candles flickering their lights

Let me dream of my true love tonight
Let me see them in the moonlight
And I pray when light doth come at daybreak
They will still be there when I awake
