Surreal Poem

Embedded image from another site

Last night I dreamed
your eyes were lit
in a world of fire
your kisses struck
like heat lightning
many moons rose and fell
tides pulled the shoreline closer
you transparent as a ghost
and in the heat of this frozen night
we were still there...

You the porcelain doll
eyes that open and shut
words yet to crack
mute rain between us
eyelashes black and shiny
sitting on the edge of the mountain
with just a shallow stare...

My body gliding to you
I try and break through
waves that have become mountains
that cover the pale skyline...

its a dogs life

---- IMAGE REMOVED because photobucket.com no longer allows embedded images ----

Its a dogs life
gotta tell you
wearing goggles
like these

so i m frowning
who would nt
this dog dont want
to swim in sea

so i m in a mood
look what its doing
to my appearence
and my street cred

what chance have i
of landing a date
wearing this contraption
they ve gone mad

but i ll get even
lying about
where they can
trip over me

if not the sea
its a snow job
a liberty i d say
making me look this way

it just makes
one barking
super barking
hostile barking mad.

The Note

The letter lay alone
In a mailbox red with rust
Its loneliness apparent
By the layers of forgotten dust
The envelope tinged yellow
As time wished to show its age
The corners bent and crinkled
As if it tried to escape the cage

But love is not your kingdom
When the castle has no moat
And passion will never sail
When rejection sank the boat
So once again his eyes did cast
Upon the bleak and yellowed note
That lay within the mailbox
Seeming to bear a cruel wry gloat

It bore no stamp or postmark
That sense of barren to the mind
Yet it smelt so slightly scented
The sense of an emotional bind
He clasped it tightly to his chest
In pleading hope of a stirring rush
But love will still lie unrequited
When devotion is a one way crush

Scattering

We ran with lions across the wild Serengeti
Scaled the Himalayas for the elusive yeti
Danced the dance of the glorious antelope
As we lived our romance in kaleidoscope

Spreading young wings wider than the albatross
As time drifted on by in clouds of candyfloss
Along the Nile we collected crocodile tears
Swam with dolphins who allayed any fears

Floated in time with the brightest humming bird
Roamed over the plains with a mighty bison herd
Absorbed blood red sunsets in a desert dream
Waited for the stars in a glorious array of agleam

Saw polar bears stare as we scaled the frozen land
All these we discovered never leaving hand in hand
Then history tells us that time becomes an outcast
As the wonder years sped on by from first to last

Our world had now spun from dawn to full eclipse
As you parted that final kiss upon my cold lips
Take me my love further than I have ever been
And let me see the future that your eyes have seen

Across all the rivers and over the many oceans
From mountain tops to the desert of emotions
Take me my love to be always by your side
And allow our memories as your life’s guide

She scattered my ashes across her life
Upon the plains that had seen so much strife
She took them higher than an eagle dare
And deeper than a heart could ever share

Will you weep to capture all of our past
Will tears lie as salt lakes until the last
Scatter me my love upon your very soul
Scatter me wherever you lay your bowl
Scatter me amongst all your sad emotions
Scatter me once again as you cross the Oceans

And when all to you appears to be lost
And life seems to be covered in the cold frost
Take heart my love and hear the new fawn
And live and live upon the new dawn

Shining Glory.

Forever In thy wondrous Love
Lighten up my darkest night
God's own lights shine up above
A crowning glory to your Love-light
Let ever light shine on blue eyes
Blue eyes that see the never-ending story
Of the one who came from Heaven's skies
To be my eternal shining glory

Love Is kindled within your heart
Such a glow the sun you outshine
The song of Love It now does start
Your own beating heart does keep the time
Forever set thy heart to burn
This great wonder does Know the story
And ever your heart In Love does turn
To be my eternal shining glory.

A Plate Of Pain

I wrote to you, last week
About pain
Not yours, nor mine
But ours
For it is best served
In small dishes
And shared
Garnished
With feelings
Crowned with emotions
And accompanied
By a salted sauce
Of tears

When the pain was over
We smiled
And shared
A rich dessert
Of laughter

All washed down
With a bottle of hope
A cup of love
And a sorbet of dreams

Last Breath

What dreams hath man on a lonely pillow
With limbs so weak and hung like limping willow
What thoughts request to live as youth regained
To once more run with the herds of Serengeti Plain

To leap like Springbok through wooded ground
For a heart that beats with a strength of sound
To see horizons with limitless glorious sight
To once more espy the eagle in its majestic flight

To hear and touch the rushing of cool waters flow
To scale the mountains in the crispness of snow
He would sail the seas without a thought or care
With salt laden breeze caressing through he’s hair

But for him these are times lost in bygone past
He fears the breath that will come as inevitable last
He would wish to drink the waters of the eternal spring
And plead for the immortality to him it could bring

But too many hopes lie broken on shattered rocks
He must leave this life to join the lost legions flocks
Gently close the eyes, the tired body would thus implore
For he shall not awake, nor run, nor dream no more

I hate sleeping alone

I’m imagining you laying down with me tonight
Your arms around me so tight
It's amazing how it feels so right
Until I open my eyes...

I hate sleeping alone
Get me out of this friend zone
I want you to be my husband
I want to call you my own

And we can make love all night
Only if you're my husband or it won’t be right
Please come over because I can’t handle sleeping alone tonight
I just wanna cuddle for hours and have a little pillow fight

You truly bring out the immature side to me
playful and confident, spicy yet sexy side to me
and you allow me to forget about the hurt that stalks me
you like seeing me without make up you actually like the real me

I can’t sleep without you here
I twist and turn like i'm having a violent nightmare
Because a night without you is hard to survive through
And as I lose sight of the moon
I realise I spent the whole night thinking about you

The Jordan River

Embedded image from another site

Eastern world constantly exploding
a holy war
AK's a loading
the Jordan River
red with the enemies of God...

Hard to tell what is the truth
nod of no life
land of no feel
Muslims, Christians and the Jew
If you don't support the Jihad
like the Mafia they will kill you...

River of often cruelty and pain
running with crimson blood
river that flows in vain
where the flowers are red
the sky is blue
that is what my God tells me
cause I am blind....
