The thrill of the chase

With a wink from her eye
and a lick on her lips
she throws him a smile
and blows him a kiss.
daring him on
she lifts up her skirt
if you want me my sweetie
ya gotta catch me first.

Heart beating wildly
he's determined to win
this wild crazed creature
will belong to him.
jumping to his feet
it's time that i catch her
or i am not who i am
the almighty hunter.

Becoming breathless
she leaps over rocks
laughing running scared
in fear of been caught.
adding to the excitement
she leaves a trail as she goes
one by one
she rips off her clothes.

He follows her laughter
he picks up her garments
with a whiff from them
he now has her scent.
taking to his feet
he rips off his shirt
i'll catch this so called witch
who seems to have me cursed.

Stillness and silence
to be heard not a sound
he pounches and leaps
capturing her to the ground.
she struggles to escape
resisting and fretting
she wants oh" she wants
but she cannot let him.

Parting her lips
she welcomes him with a smile
he smirks to himself
victorys mine.
felt trapped in a corner
she lashes a claw
starteld he stumbles
she's escaped once more.

Wounded and shatterd
in looseing his prey
he goes home defeated
tomorrow's a new day.
she returns where she came from
a cave full of fear
knowing not to be ones prey
she won't become the hunter.

Good times Bad times

In the good times we were
melted into each others
arms..
The bad times I found
myself on a cold lonely
bed..
In the good times we hopped
a fast train down town and
stuffed ourselves with board-
walk frys..
With just a finger tip I could
lead you from place to place..
You were like a child in the
palm of my hands..so open..
so easy..so free..
What I could not do with you..
What you would not do for me..
Between midnight movies and
making love any time..anywhere..
Between all those things a cloud
of darkness fell between us..
I can't tell how it happened..
Don't think I really could..
You began to see me differently..
Your girlish smile seem to fade
overnight..
We became lost to each other and
mabey time had caught up to us..
Mabey we believed that there was
supposed to be an end to us and
somehow we made it happen..
Now, I must look deeper within
myself and decide where I stand
with you..with me..
The good times I can never forget..
The bad times..I have taken to heart..

Winter’s Love

Winter was long gone, but like all the seasons
It would return
Bringing the cold of a long lost frozen heart
But you was spring to me
So fresh, so warm
And with that hope of a new beginning
I saw you blossom, with love
That only pure passion
Could ever wish to reach
And the summer passed us on by
Languidly lazy, but lingering on
In forlorn hope that spring was not lost
But it would pass
As the browns and glorious colours
Of autumn that consumed all, reminded us
That life was so far short
Of the perfection of seasons
I wish to melt with you
From one season to another
As they would blend into each other
But winter seems to me to endure
Far beyond my imagination
But true love is eternal
Like the seasons
Oh! But how I long
That spring would return to me
And the cold of winter
Would forever
Be frozen in the past

Depression

She was depressed
She had no way out
She's been through
it all..

She's been laughed
at
Put down
Run down
Used
Abused
High jacked
Jacked up

Told she could
Never

Would never:
Stack up
Measure up
Get up
Shake it off
Put it down
Turn around
Make it
Break it
Take it

Told to:
Give it up
Call it quits
Forget about it
Fall down
Stay down
Don't move
Play dead
Act dead
You're dead
Drop dead

Said she was:
Nothing
Ugly
Dumb
Stupid
Over weight
Under weight
To tall
To short
No talent
Worthless
Useless

Told to:
Go away
Stay away
Far away
Start today!

Said she was:
Walking swamp slop

Even told her the
graveyard didn't
want anything to
do with her, so
she was wasting
her time even if
she did drop dead..

BUT!!!

Somebody spoon fed
her these pack
of lies..

And she BELIEVED THEM!!!

She BELIEVED THEM!!!

That's what gives
DEPRESSION it's
power!!!

Throw away this
list of

LIES
LIES
LIES
LIES
LIES
LIES
LIES

You are the crown
of God's creation,
Mrs President!!!

Sunrise
in eastern sky
so lovely in her bones
sun sets in the west I love her more
she is my everything I love her more than yesterday
a dimensional physicality she as is a diamond
her sensuality awakens me
I am an electron

Shall I Compare Thee to a Winter’s Day?

Shall I Compare Thee to a Winter’s Day?

by Willie Shake the Spear

Shall I compare thee to a winters night
Thou art colder and more freezing
Thy heart sits there like a block of ice
And spring doth fear to come near
Winter's moon shineth with gloom
Barely lighting the way to thy misery
And men cringe with passionless fear
Thy kiss sends them packing and screaming
So then thou sits wrapped in thy misery

MY SOUL'S SORROW

MY SOUL

My soul is weighed down in sorrow
For my loved one is not here for tomorrow
The days and nights blend together
In darkness the weight of a ton of feathers

Oh my soul cries a river of tears
And my heart quivers with fear
Of all the tomorrows to be alone
Facing the future and the unknown

O’ Lord please help me understand I pray
As to why my loved one was taken away
My soul wants to find peace from my sorrow
So that I may be able to face tomorrow

Please give me the strength to carry on
The courage to do what needs to be done
Please help me to accept your will
To know your Holy Spirit and to be filled

Open my eyes so that I might see
And feel your unconditional love for me
And that I might know when my journey is done
I will forever be in your arms and of Jesus - your Son

THEY DON'T UNDERSTAND

She went to see the doctor one day
And was devastated at what he had to say
You cannot wear anything for 2 weeks
Rub ointment on before and after you sleep

Two weeks she said
I might as well be dead
I can’t go out in public bare and naked
Everyone will think I am tainted

It’s no big deal the doctor said
She said I may as well stay in bed
Don’t be a drama queen the doctor replied
You must do as I abide

I can’t use anything to cover up she asked
No – not if you want to get better fast
Well that’s just hunky dory she said
Without my eye makeup I look like I’m dead!
