Rest In Peace LEE KUAN YEW (1923 - 2015)

Embedded image from another site

This morning at 3.18am our beloved Founding Father Singapore 1st Prime minister died peacefully.

Embedded image from another site

He was the best role model ...He was called Harry in England Cambridge .very astounding student and top of his law faculty.
He was a very strict father and a very devoted faithful husband.

He married his sweetheart who also was studying law with him.He was an easy going and very concern towards his common people.
He set the golden standard for politicians around the world.

He sacrifice his whole life for Singapore..its Independence. .its early government years with no resources. .basically from scratch.
Thank you and I'm emotionally at a lost..so i cant compose anything worthy now. But I want to share my dedication and deepest respect of a Father of my country as a son of this country.
National mourning will last 7 days starting today.

Torch of Love

For far too long I have carried this torch
Walking over hot coals, my feet sorely scorched
It flickered with the light of a star lit candle
Much more than one single heart could handle

It absorbed my life but brought little satisfaction
It always searched to find your loves reaction
It sought the beam of passionate emission
Always seeming turned off, in darkened submission

But still it glowed like a homing beacon
Just for your affection to guide your minds reason
All you had to do was press the hearts switch
But your fingers held back, resisting their twitch

If two lights could never hope to meet
Then singular love is a sorrowful lonely street
Like the memories of time it will eventually fade
Like the passing of the last old soldiers parade

For the torch of love cannot forever stay bright?
When the batteries of life fail in their sight

I Will Wait For You

You are the most beautiful woman to ever grace the face of this earth...
Only God Himself will ever know just how much I love you...
For there are no words in existence that can describe my love for you...
I fear that it is only in heaven that I may be able to show you...

Like babies wrapped in linens of lace and ribbons...
Strewn about in fields of velvet green grass...
Bringing a pureness of joy never felt before...
Blossoming into flowers with colors that never existed...
A perfect union of souls and bodies...

In supple dreams of mysteriously colored leaves...
My adoration is indescribable...
I would suffer for the rest of eternity...
Just to hold you once...
Just to feel you close...
Just to let you know how much you are to me...

I will continue to tolerate my misery and loneliness...
For as long as necessary....
For there is no substitute for your flawless perfection...
I will wait for your immortality in this fallen mortal state....
Never settling for anyone else...

A Heart That Cares.

Embedded image from another site

A heart that cares
A heart that shares
That shines so bright
With Love's own light
Love In each scene
Within every dream
A heart that cares
A heart that shares

A heart that Loves
Two turtle doves
Drives passion's blood
Love's own true flood
The heart that sings
True Love It brings
A heart that Loves
Two turtle doves

A heart with desire
It burns Love's fire
When Love does start
Light fills the heart
Love light the night
An awesome sight
A heart with desire
It burns Love's fire

A heart that cares
A heart that shares
That shines so bright
With Love's own light
Love In each scene
Within every dream
A heart that cares
A heart that shares

Royal Ball

Wearing robes of crimson, orange and gold
Short or tall and age young or old
Every autumn dancing at the royal ball
Swirling and swaying to the cool wind of fall

Moving in time to the musical breeze
Coppertone and bronze sentries guard with ease
Fairies – pixies and angels flitting about
Flying here and there among the royal crowd

The event only lasts a brief time each year
It happens when winter is drawing near
Forest and field animals running all around
Gathering up droppings from their royal crowns

Dancing so hard that their robes fly all around
Sending crimson, orange and gold to the ground
Thus with no coat their limbs are now bare
Standing there proudly not seeming to care

New robes will arrive all pure and white
Floating down from above what a beautiful sight
Sunlight showing sparkling diamond tears
Ending the Royal Ball for another year

A Second Date

My first glimpse of her had me wondering what were my chances
My empty plate had me pushing buttons in search of new romances
Taking my time, measuring my words, I moved forward in my quest
Hiding my anxiety, despite the odds, I managed to receive the answer "Yes".

A picnic among the trees with green grass and cool breezes serving as witnesses to our initial review
Words of endearment accompanied by irregular bites of tasty morsels as our time together really flew
Hand in hand together we departed the location where two hearts beat as one
Looks of satisfaction etched upon our faces giving joy to the moments
together we had fun.

Upon separation a promise was given for a second call
Both of us no longer socially isolated joyfully bidding farewell to the wall
Her ear listening attentively for the magic ring of her phone
Seizing the moment for continuity, or temporarily leaving her by herself, or perhaps forever alone.

About this poem:
Women always have control over men. The only moment when a man has an advantage is when the opportunity for a second date arises. At this time the woman is wondering "Will he call"?; "Will he keep me waiting"?; "Should I play hard to get"?; "Is this the beginning of something special"? Unfortunately many men have trouble getting "First Dates" so the "Temporary Advantage Mode" for them never materializes. The bottom line concerning love is always filled many times incorrectly by women.

Star Woman

Embedded image from another site

Awakened by light
scratching the glass of dreams
stepping free
of shadows and silence...

The morning star
absorbing my tiredness
slowly fading away leaving
a blank place in the heavens...

My star woman
the memory of our night
still lingers in my bed
sheets drenched in your perfume...

Before you each night
I would lie down
in a graveyard of dreams
shrouded in moonlight...

You left before dawn
at 5 AM exactly
drowsy and dazed
the sound of your breathing...

On the pillows
also an aroma
still alive and ours
surely a goddess was here...

The very one
who knows
the name of all things
made of love...

Warrior

Many battles have I lost, many wars have I won
I never chose my path for I was a godly son
If your faith should question, then I am sorely forsaken
But until that time I have no means to weep for those taken

My life I never asked for, so why should I worry
Death comes to us all; I would only make it hurry
Am I not your minds creation, I shoulder no blame
For throughout the ages only you carry the shame

What need have I of human mindless souls?
Was it not your Gods who determined our goals?
But I grow ever weary, so tired of false deity
For is not fate its own self induced mockery

Then you came to me Dione and Zeus’s daughter
To relinquish me my sins of death and slaughter
I would rest with you amongst the fallen mighty
Ungodly love is forbidden for Ares and Aphrodite

Then take my sword and bury my shield
For the love of you I would gladly yield
And when I search for Hades, for surely I must
Let my weapons rest eternally, forever rust

For my demise to me would seem a new dawn
My lips no longer seek the demonic battle horn
And as with legend we would slowly fade
For we outlived our time in mans enchanted glade

Paper Moon

I shed no tears that have not already been wept
I make no promises that have not been kept
For if within my power I would give until I bleed
Flowers will only bloom from a tendered seed

Reaching out I know I can touch the skies
As my fingertips caress the tears in your eyes
I grab the blossom that in the wind flies
And the lonely Wolf no longer cries

For without you I am without myself
Gathering the dust upon that lonely shelf
Awaiting you to waken me from my slumber
And touch all the stars in their infinite number

Then take my hand and lead me into your life
For where you are my destiny lies rife
Those chains that bound us with dreaded fear
Lie broken, for even when you are far you are near

I grasp your soul as if it were my own
And it melts within mine for a single throne
Where the Universe becomes our kingdom
And Shaka Zulu cried the hail of freedom

For I am a part of you as you are part of me
Together we would not relinquish to be born free
We will not be forsaken as Ares and Aphrodite
For our desires are not those of the fallen mighty

Perhaps before the time for us was far too soon
For roses always seem to bloom best in June
When the piper's lips play that long lost tune
And dreams were not dreamt upon a Paper Moon
