I died the other day
Love overwhelmed me
It left me in that place
Called “Unconditional”
It tore away at my soul
Broke down all my barriers
And assaulted my senses
I died the other day
Passion overcame me
It took me to that place
Lovers call “Heaven”
I became swamped
In sensations
Untold and unfound
It broke through my core
And brought a crescendo
Of delight
That exploded
In every corner of my mind
I died the other day
Desire conquered me
Clean through the heart
With the arrow
Marked “Fate”
It took away my breath
Boiled my very blood
And stole all my emotions
It left me in that place
Between reality and sublime
Called “Ecstasy”
It was a glorious death

Do not weep when I have gone
Whistle that tune or sing that song
Hum that melody that we used to play
Look to the clouds on a clear summer’s day
And think of me as you always have done
Remember that I shall forever be my mother’s son
As you pass the old oak that bears our mark
Whistle that tune we first heard from the lark
Gently let the grass hold you within its sway
As the breeze hums that melody we used to play
Where the crickets chime up in a glorious chorus
And you absorb the beauty of the flowering floras
Drift down to the stream where we sat and dreamt
And paddled like children thinking how this was meant
Remember how instantly we both broke out in song
And days were so lazy and nights were not as long
Think of me often as the tears glisten your face
Whistle that tune as you sit at our secret place
And as the tears overcome you in an emotional tide
Look up to the sky and see the swallow glide
And dry those tears you must not weep for me
Remember fondly those days in the old oak tree
And live your life as you know I want you too
Forever I will always be thinking of you

You never walked
it was more the curve
of the Earth
found a mooring
in the shape of your foot
You never sang
it was more a distillation
of vibrated yearning
and what followed
saluted a starved ear
You never painted
it was more you found
the depth of unwitting testimony
and light
bled through the canvass
You never chased
numerical truth
it was more the starling cloud
of value
Settling on the branch of your logic
You never swam the spring tide
it was more the sea inhaled
And the normal laws of Physics
let you pass

NOW THIS IS THE TALE OF YOUNG FREDDIE BLOOR.
WHOSE s*xual PARTS GOT JAMMED IN A DOOR.
BY THE TIME THEY HAD FREED HIM, HE DIN'T FEEL WELL,
FOR HIS POOR PRIVATE PARTS WE'RE ALL MANGLED TO HELL.
THEY RUSHED HIM TO HOSPITAL, THE AMBULANCE FLEW.
BY THE TIME THEY HAD GOT THERE, THERE WAS NOTHING THEY COULD DO.
POOR OLD FRED WITHOUT ANY CHOICE,
LEADS A LIFE OF NO SEX AND HAS A HIGH SQUEAKY VOICE.
BUT LUCKY FOR FRED, SO HE WOULDN'T FEEL A FOOL,
SOME BRIGHT SPARK INVENTED A BIONIC TOOL.
A BRIGHT NEW SHINY ONE, MADE OUT OF BRASS,
THOUGH THE BATTERIES WOULD HAVE TO BE KEPT UP HIS ARSE.
SO NEWLY EQUIPPED AND AFTER A REST,
FRED THOUGHT HE'D PUT HIS NEW TOOL TO THE TEST.
FINDING A WOMAN, THE NEAREST ONE HANDY,
HE PLIED HER WITH DRINK AND MADE HER FEEL RANDY.
SHE UNDID HIS ZIP AND PUT HER HAND ON HIS C**K,
BUT WHEN SHE WAS DOWN THERE, SHE HAD A BIG SHOCK!
"THAT'S MY BIONIC CHOPPER." FRED SAID. "AIN'T IT A BIG ONE?
COR BLIMEY SHE SAID. "I THOUGHT IT WAS A GUN!
SO F*****G AWAY FRED TURNED TO FULL BLAST.
HE DID NOT KNOW HID C**K WOULD NOT LAST.
WITH A "BANG!" FRED'S LEFT BOLLOCK SHOT INTO THE AIR,
THEY COULD NOT FIND THE OTHER NO BLOODY WHERE.
SO BACK TO THE HOSPITAL TO SEE WHAT THEY COULD DO.
"WE HAVE A SPARE ONE, THAT'S LUCKY FOR YOU".
SO ONCE MORE EQUIPPED AND AFTER A READ,
FRED CONNECTED HIS TOOL TO A PLUG AND A MAINS LEAD.
GOOD OLD FRED, NOW HE DON'T HAVE TO TRY,
FOR NOW HE'S AC/DC AND CAN GO WITH A GUY.
THE END.

About this poem:
It's so far back I cannot recall what lead to me writing this, but it could have been because I was in a funny mood, with nothing more to do so thought I'd sit down and be creative, lol.

"How much do I love thee?"
A poet one time asked;
His answer was an awesome thing
As in a lover's glow he basked.
Now I don't speak at all like that
Fancy words don't come my way;
I find simple words the best
For things I have to say.
"How much do I love you?"
Well, Old Shakespeare he may say;
"I love you as the morning dew
Doth love the brand new day".
"And how strong are my feelings?"
He's probably say with glee;
"My love is strong enough to bind
My soul with that of thee".
And I wonder what Old Bill would say
About how long my love would last;
'Til both earth and time stand still
They sure spoke fine in days gone past.
I wish I had those fancy words
To tell about my love;
I even hit my knees and asked
For help from up above.
My hands are cool and chilly
As I try to find a word;
I even asked the old folks
For any phrase they may have heard.
They just laugh at me
And say, "Just go give him a kiss
You're going to have a heart attack
If you keep on like this".
But I've got to get this message right
You simply have to know
How my heart feels so deep inside
And how I need you so.
I'll love you for forever
My love is so strong and true;
My love's so big my heart may burst,
These things I'd say to you.
But I'm not a fancy poet
So I'll just say I love you;
I'll leave the fancy words to someone else
Just say you'll love me too.

She is like the spider
weaving delicate lace
drawing me to her
magnets of air and light
flowing like time
from your web...
I run to her
pools of silver shimmer
jumping from leaf to leaf
the path trodden
across soft ground
between the lines
"I'm in love with her"
I say...
Bounding black hair
as the little stream fades
leading me to your parlor
into the east forever
held in the suns balance
I write these words of amor
"I love You!"

As I rest my head to sleep each night,
I wish you were here by my side,
To have and to hold until the break of light,
Not thinking of you is hard, but trust me, I have tried!
When does this night without you end?
for i cant take another minute without you my friend,
and dreaming of the day i'll be with you,
its been a short time, but this love is true.
It is like the running water of a stream,
it wont stop until the end of time.
my heart u have, its for you to take,
i love you baby, like a fat kid loves cake.
I love you with all my heart,
even though we may be miles apart,
your all i think about, night and day,
please promise me you'll stay.
This night is another night with out you,
and it breaks my heart in two,
i love you my darling till death do us part,
and your name will be forever engraved inside my heart

Oh Sister, since our parting’s almost near
Please lend your ear, time has come.
We may not meet again, it’s what I fear,
So you decreed in bitter anguish, so unwise.
Not knowing it you’ve cut the ties of Love
That generations past have built in tireless strife.
So for the good I’ve ever done in life
I ask for your forgiveness, be so kind!
Oh Sister, haven’t seen and heard you much
Through all these years it has been so hard.
You stayed aloof, so hot, in hateful pride,
My son’s a grown up man you wouldn’t recognize.
You’ve never tried to bridge the gap you dug,
And left me gaping, wandering in the dark.
So for the good I’ve ever done in life
I ask for your forgiveness, be so kind!
You’ve never even once looked our way
Since choice I’ve made for only Goodness’ sake.
It’s all I’ll boast about what I've done if asked
In your good favor, on your own behalf.
It’s all on what I’ll take my pride, it's credit won,
Enough to face my God when I’m no more, I die.
So for the good I’ve ever done in life
I ask for your forgiveness, be so kind!

May you always find blue skies above your head
Shamrocks beneath your feet;
Laughter and joy aplenty,
And kindness from all you meet.
Good friends and kin to miss you
If you ever choose to roam;
And a path that's been cleared
By the angels themselves
To carry you safely home.
