gentle sip
regularly drink
black or milky
steams
sugary flavour
our early
friendly
fuels.

There's day besides night,
There's joy besides the ecstasy of sorrow,
And a white rose has a black shade ...
And love is hollow, didn't you know?
Stars too become extinct at times,
The sun - it dies but only once.
Suspense of happiness is boundless, my friend,
What matters is the Path - though few can comprehend the end.
... A clever man attempts to gain much knowledge,
Wise man is bold enough to get to know himself.
The loving ones are those who do believe in wonders,
For once upon a time they tend to realize.

'And there was darkness
upon the face of
the deep..'
A cold, eternal, black
cosmos..
Nothing upon nothing..
That which shall be
shall come from that
which was not..
And so it came to pass
that the word was spoken..
And the word uttered
it's voice..
And speaking it said:
I
Bring
You
FIRE!

It was done.
An act of ignorance
Layed upon my inner self where two paths.
One was burning with truth and love
The other was more unclear
For it was confused by anger which indeed
Was stemmed from fear
Little can I do I used to believe,
I justified my ways
Only to find no peace of mind
And failed to accept bad days
Now I can see the dissheartening
Illusions of self.
Hypocrisy is running free
But yet we stay trapped in ourselves
For our eyes are open but we choose not to see
That we are equaly one and the same
For I have been to the pits of misery as well
And I cannot stop to compare
Instead I realize we all suffer at some point
But the emotions we share are all there
I choose not to judge and live with much love
Because I am choosing to see past despair.
So the path of burning truth and love now burns bright only because
Of conscious work as well as looking into myself
And repairing the wings we all have

It all adds up if you do the Math
Two Plus two , that's a simple Task
Next rule is Pi , You will see.
Basic tool, To geometry.
it's something, we could try to relate
fact of the matter, its Still up for debate.
Number speak, Deep,loud and Crisp.
.
There's nothing Impossible , in this life That Exists.

A full moon drifts across the clear night sky,
lighting a silvery path out to sea,
I sit and think, then realise, oh my!
could that silvery path really be meant for me?
In the distance a dog barks on the beach,
then, to myself, I laugh,
for no matter how I stretch, the stars always seem just out of reach,
once again I close my eyes, walk slowly along my path.
I sit down, light a cigarette,
think a little more,
I'm not beaten yet,
after all I'm not sinking, yet I'm far from shore.
I don't need to stretch my body,
just my mind,
for the first is unlikely for anybody,
but, in my imagination, nothing is impossible, I'll find.

Rock,
ground ever smaller by the infinity of time,
Seeming forever…..In silence,…..Flowing,
mesmerisingly, from one hemisphere of the hourglass,
to the other.
Reflected in the thin, clear glass,
a bumblebee hovering, picking,
the best of the golden dust from the sunflower.
Then the rain comes,
not fine drizzle,
but….Large drops.
Thinking…..
If one were to hit the bumblebee,
it would be like a ten pound hammer……
I wonder…..
If it knows it is Saturday?…..
Then,
there is my reality,
fluid, like the fine sand in the hourglass.
I must remember,
not to grip my meager handful too hard,
lest it trickles through my fingers.
I wonder……
Is it possible to reverse the flow in the hourglass,
without turning it over?
Involuntarily my grip tightens,
I feel my meager handful becoming less and less.
The bumblebee hovers,
still … It rains…..
Still….. The sand flows,
still… The Sunflower……
Strong……..Silent…..Resplendent,
bears witness,
while I, ponder the dream.

out on the open range nothng in sight but the soils delight,
fewer trees than sheep and plenty of rivers deep ,
paddle steamers heading up stream with sounds of birds flying close by,
the country air rings its bell with the sound of deisel engine sounds,
the sun shining in thy eyes oh how it reminds me of mornings delight,
sheep and cows like children all in field playing around a bucking bull,
trains run wild along the tracks memories of old clanger sounds ,
through thy window i do see these things and yet i ponder how i live,
for train is a and home is b so that would by course make me c,'
if im c then i am free so come on down the stream with me,
enjoy the freedom that is nearer to me and be free my friend,
be with nature again enjoy the breez and fish again,
relax in the breeze of todays son and sit on back with me my friend,
heres a stubbie good old friend.

Wherever there is lightning you'll always find the thunder,
The prerequisite required to succeed is the ability to wonder.
A heart can see things with a beat and a step,
Only to find life so short but also part of the beginning prep.
The rain can fall in waves against a floor that gives no reply,
No matter how hard it puddles it washes off into holes like a cry.
Even as the rain slows and the clouds clear,
No change to the balance cannot be undone without a wish to steer.

Let's go back to there
That place where we didn't hate each other
Back before our roads were lined with innocent blood
To a time we don't remember today
Let's go back to there
That place where we loved without restraint
When respect was earned, not given
To a time we want to forget
Let's go back to there
When we listened to the wise trees, the knowing water, animals who know truth
When we lived in purity and felt it all around in our world
To a time we need to return to
Let's go back to there
When we spent time with our family, shared our bread, knew how to mourn
Back before bigger was better, and super-size happy-meals were the norm
To a time we don't remember how to live in
Let's go back to there
When living with the earth, not exploiting the earth kept us in harmony
Back to our community, our tribe
To a time we have no room for anymore

About this poem:
I have totally fallen in love with a song on youtube. Look it up, it's WUAUQUIKUNA - Buffalo white
Anyways, I'm Cherokee. And when I look around, I see people calling each other rude names, people being victimized, treated poorly in various ways...our earth needs to be heal. And our people need to heal. So, the song inspired me to share my thoughts.
