In the grooves..

The world
fits in here somehow,
somewhere.
In the palm of my hand.
Between the grooves,
the life,
the linx,
the expectations--
reflections.

So hard to see
where it all goes to
or from which it came
I hope it makes sence,
eventually.

I cant tell you exactly
where im going
Where Ive been
What iv seen
or who Ive believed

Disconnected,
this body no longer feels like
home.

Revelation
continues
constantly.

I pray it will not cease.

Somber,
from those who have betrayed.
brought to light.
what was
previously,
Darkness

again,
I cant remember
whats all happened
what Ive seen.
who Ive believed

But I know,
it fits in here somehow,
somewhere.
In my hand.
Between the grooves,
the life,
the linx,
the expectations--
reflections.

These eyes..
....that looks in the mirror,
looking back at me?

What theyve become...
Is barely
recognizable.

Questioning myself...
Im not used to this

So sure of the
truth?

Free of relent.
I find myself
searching....

For the questions..

Hurting to realize
those that I loved
would sell their soul
for
a

sense of freedom.

Theyre not knowing,
every word follows.

Permanantly imprinted on
what mind?
& whos page?

at what cost..

Young words unspoken

Like a baby rabbit she smiled quite timidly.
He tried to hide his feelings as he helped her lift the boxes.
They stocked the shelves in white noise silence and he often stole a look.
He was quite enthralled with this lovely girl. He could probably write a book.
The words he left unspoken as small talk took its place.
Then one morning she disappeared it seemed without a trace
Her face became a stencil that became chiseled in his brain.
Her voice became a songbird that had a sweet refrain
He often thought about her and why she had left
He also questioned waiting, why he’d been so daft
He was left with one lonely solitude...he’d oft repeat her name.

War Is Bad

War is bad,

Because like, guys die,

And mums cry,

And Grans too,

And like, war is bad,

Because people get hurt,

And children cry,

That's why war is bad

Like Poison

The liquor lies like poison in my breast.
It does not offer the escape I had hoped for.
It will not give me courage as I reach out.

The embrace of that man who seeks my favor
As we move across the dance floor with music flowing
Does not replace the ecstasy of your arms.

I turn, disgusted, from the dance floor
and they think my tears are from the drink.
Perhaps since you know the real reason,
You will explain it to them.

Then and now

Waking up hn the morning with you by my side, arms wrapped around me with your head against mine. Whispering softly in my ear the 3 words i love to hear. Your gentle touch of your hand running through my hair. Laughing with each other are moments i will never forget. Argueing and bad days-i regret! I believe there are reasons for everything. Even if it doesnt make sense right now. No use throwing in the towel just yet. You will always have tomorrow. Start fresh, smile everyday is a new opportunity!

The Sea of no return

The Sea of no Return

As she stands near the cliff edge, she gazed off into the distance
A ship is heading out to sea then disappears beyond the horizon
Remembering so well the sorrow and pain that she had to endure
Forever searching for the ship that disappeared into
The darkness of the night never to return
Her one true love lost forever to the dark depth of the sea
A breeze suddenly sends a chilling sensation over her
As she wraps her shawl around her shoulders
A voice echoes from the sea
The moon reflects her beauty upon the water
Yet she feels a sense of the unknown as fear grasps her heart
As the white waves slap up against the jagged rocks below
She sees an image of her lost love a smile comes to her face
She takes a deep breath and gracefully falls to her death below
At last they are joined in the sea of love

Could you just listen??

could you just listen to me and please don't say any words, please only listen!!
I want you to think back to the first time we met!
How you felt around me? The memories we shared,
an understanding smile, pleased smile and sweet words from you !!
And just remember you really cared about me!!
How's about now?.....

But please don't say any words coz you will come up with a beautiful lying words!!
so please be quiet and listen!!

Now I want you to know that my heart broke bit by bit.
The pain was deep, unbearable and so painful!!

My ANGEL IN BLACk

My ANGEL IN BLACk

Sitting in the darkness one cold winter night
Alone with memories confused
As to why her existence mattered at all
For an evil spirit it touched her soul
But God had a strong hold and would not let go
He did not forsake her or leave her that night
He sent her an angel to show her the light

He stood in the door way a prince of a man
In a black leather jacket and bible in hand
His voice was so gentle so cool so calm
Touching her shoulder hand held up high
Closing his eyes he then did reply

Jesus sent me to save you I’ll do you no harm
In Jesus name you must go on
Days will get better the nights not so long
The pain you are filling soon will be gone
She felt the stillness that filled the air
And knew that her guardian angel was there

Her guardian angel was not dressed in white
He had no halo that glowed in the night
He had no wings of silver or gold
For her guardian angel wore black leather clothes
