The Headmaster was Islamic, the sign over the school was in Arabic, the headmaster remembered Barak attending there. He said the school had a Islamic group in management since day one. There seems to be a new fuel conversion kit on the marketplace for most gas and diezel cars. Converts water into hydrogen. The hydrogen is then mixed with the fuel to give better mileage.
A relative just installed one on his new 2008 large pick up. Normally gets around 17-18 miles to the gallon. He is expecting 35+ with this. Also has less emmission. he just began to run it with this set up. So I don't know. Will post again in a few months to confirm info here.
Kit cost less than $300. His has 4 quart containers. Each container is to make some 1800 gallons of what is called Brown Fuel or HHO. So you need fill them once a year or so. This bothers me that such a small source can deliver such a large quantity. But there is a chemical reaction with the system, and with some kinds of chemcial reactions you do get increased quanities.
You need an installer to place it on the vehicle. The carburator (or injector) and electronics of the car need to be altered.
I am still checking it out. Break thru occurred last year with a inventor here in Florida. He has licensed a number of firms to make the kits and installers to place them on vehicles.
Do you homework prior to decide to buying/installing one. Check the BBB and with parties that have one installed. Also might effect your car's warrantee. I am still doing homework on it. Anyone that has one installed, please do contact me or post here. I have not seen any endorsement from a gov't agency on it.

My relative just placed a new (2007 developed) water to hydrogen conversion kit on new his 2008 truck. Expects his milage to go from 17 miles a gallon to 35+ miles per gallon.
The conversion kit make a gas call Brown gas or HHO. A quarter container can make 1800 gallons of the stuff. My relative had 4 quarter containers on his truck....so 7200 gallon of fuel. Fill them once or twice a year. The HHO blends into the gas and you run on both fuels. Engine and carburator system needs adjustments.
The conversion kits work for both diesel and gas engines. Any vehicle of 1994 or younger. You need to have a installer do the conversion. The conversion kit of one firm does not end your warrantee of the vehicle. Cost of the conversion kit and instalation seems to be around $250.
I drive a 6 cylinder SUV, and get about 22 miles to the gallon. With this I should get 40+. Also emmissions are less. Hydrogen is less polluting that gas or diezel.
Some problems. Hydrogen is a explosive gas. Remember the Hindenberg? Same stuff. Also the designs of vehicle for the conversion kit placement seems hard to figure. He had his tanks in the front of the radiator. Not my choice of locations. But he said you can mount them anywhere on the vehicle.
