I think you got good advise from him and choose the option I would have chosen.
Some good advise a friend gave me once was not to ever write something in anger and send it, she said to sleep on it and if after rereading it in the morning if I felt the same way, then send it. It was great advise because when I read what I wrote, I saw some meaness in myself that I didn't like. Best advise I ever heeded.
I could get a muzzle, set Bella in it and then drag the muzzle around if we had that law. Actually I wish we did have a muzzle law here. The most we have is apartments won't rent to people with pits or larger breed dogs.
He is not near as old as I was guessing him to be. I'm glad he pulled the gun, wish he did NOT fire it and I'm glad he was arrested rather than getting the stand your ground ruling which he still might get. I think it is more fair that it goes to court.
This is a case where there are so many "shouldn't have done that"
Victim should NOT have parked in a disabled parking spot with so many other open spaces, the suspect should NOT have been so cranky about it, the victim should NOT have pushed the suspect, the suspect should NOT have fired his gun.
I have to say I look very forward to the Imp's and the Rogue's photo blogs, they are fun. I love that I have had the chance to watch your passion grow Imp and all the photo adventures you have been on, I love that I get to go with you so often, I left my heart in the northwest and I can count on you to nurture it.
It is jaw dropping that they could get away with at least four murders, probably more though. They are surfacing on Facebook and still free. Where is the justice?
After living with the extreme hoarder, I do not keep anything I am not madly in love with. I won't keep something for sentimental reasons any more nor do I want anything I have to dust. I have no problem regifting.
ps - I now have one big Alexa and two dots. I should gift one of the dots.
Well you know I've been a fan of yours since you started some of these adventures years ago. I wish your pictures were larger for my poor seeing eyes but from what I see - I thoroughly enjoyed. I love how your eyes see what mine misses especially when you go out in your nature adventures. You also make me miss the Northwest something awful. Long before cell phones were popular in the US, when I went to your Vancouver - every single soul was talking on a cell phone, funny that's what I remember. It wasn't long before the US became zombied to their phones.
Are you in a photography class, is there a site where all the artists post their pictures or where the winning pics get posted? I know you judge yourself much to harshley so I don't trust your judgement.
I'm loving CS more and more by the way. Keep up the good work Imp.
Jim there is no proving one way or the other. You have an opinion you are representing as a fact with no actual back up. Not that I'm a believer but I don't present my beliefs as facts. Some people don't need facts, I do and you present no facts. However I must say you live more of a Christian life style than many christians so I salute that. I just wish you would just state your opinion of which there is no God as if it were a fact. That is just a legend in your mind.
Oops almost forgot I came to say it is a sad situation at your work Chat. I know the agony of losing one child hope I never have to face that again so my heart goes out to your co-worker. Good for you for trying to keep up the workload for them, it's the least you can do and it will mean a lot.
This is the best blog, thanks. I didn't watch any news today so none to share but I sure enjoyed every one else's good news. My personal news was a last minute invite out to a great dinner at Sweet Tomatoes. I loved it but the carnivore in me didn't, no meats.
My last ex could not pick up a hint so I had no problem saying, "By the way that was a hint" sometimes he would get it then. For the most part I would have gotten my own blanket without thinking.
HOWEVER, He was great at making drinks without question. I'm too lazy to make myself an drink with alcohol for some reason but all I had to do was mention a drink sounded nice and off to be a bartender he would go. I miss that about him but still use it when he comes to visit because...it still works. He just goes on auto pilot. He took great pride in his drinks, like layering B-52s or white russians or whatever. I have no pride, drink goes in the glass then in my belly.
I also learned if he didn't feel well, I needed to take my nuturing out of town because if I tried to cater to him - he went balistic. If he didn't feel good he wanted to be left alone - all my other men turned into babies when they were sick - he went from Mr nice guy to Mr Meanie.
I seem to have no problems what-so-ever getting along absolutely amazing with the dog.
Yes Biff it is weird how it can vanish, I wish it were like a bike, you never forget but it isn't. The only thing I remember how to say is, "I'm hungry" and thank you.
Hi Cat, you may have seen me before - I'm about five or six months here now? I don't know how long I have to be here before I'm not a noob. I came over with an influx of others from another site that closed.
Same for me Biff, I learned Italian first but when schooling started we were all forced to English and over the years I lost the Italian. I still fuss at my folks for not keeping it alive in our household.
Hi Catfoot - I'm one of the new bloggers from another site. Looking forward to reading your blogs as I seen you are rather well liked by all my favorites so far.
You would eat my fruit salad then. I also make that hawaiian cheescake fruit salad and it was a big hit with no melons too. I think you posted that recipe oh heck I've made several of the recipes you have posted.
Imp is it all melons you are not fond of? I don't like canteloup all that much but I love every other melon.
My poor baby boy is totally allergic to melons so when I make a fruit bowl it is loaded with many fruits but never melons along with a honey lime drizzle. My boy and bro also are not fond of ice creams. We eat them occassionally just never crave it.
I know you don't like Costco but if you are all about the flavor, then Costco is worth it just for the meats. Fruits & Veggies I'm more prone to local farmer markets (Tampa has many, Orlando did NOT and I don't remember seeing many in Miami either) Asian markets are good for items I can't find at Publix and many other things, so glad to have one close to me.
RE: My blessing, today my daughter was flown in rom Frisco and will drive with me back to the West Coast
It's always nice to come home, welcome home.
