I can't be the only one ..... Every time I get asked the same question, every time I give the same answer. "Do you date black men?" "Do you date Puerto Rican?" "Do you date Asian men?" My goodness, we are all people with different personalities, different opinions and views, all unique and individual in our own ways, regardless of race or ethnicity. I don't care if you're black, white, yellow, brown or purple. Fact is, it's what's inside and who you are as an individual that counts. People are people, enough said.

The Hatfield–McCoy feud (1863–1891) involved two families of the West Virginia–Kentucky area. The Hatfields of West Virginia were led by William Anderson "Devil Anse" Hatfield while the McCoys of Kentucky were under the leadership of Randolph "Ole Ran'l" McCoy. Those involved in the feud were descended from Ephraim Hatfield (born c. 1765) and William McCoy (born c. 1750). The feud has entered the American folklore lexicon as a metaphor for any bitterly feuding rival parties. More than 100 years later, the story of the feud has become a modern symbol of the perils of family honour, justice, and vengeance.
Which leads us to the feuding factions of CS; on one side we have a family from the sandy dunes of the heat ravaged and dangerous desert lead by….a camel of all things.
On the other side we have a family from the often but not always oppressed free world taking in places such as apartheid ravaged Sth Africa, and the immensely proud nation of Belgium led by none other than the beauty and the beast.
Both warring factions have their allies strategically placed at various points of the globe, taking in such places as Spain, Bulgaria, Puerto Rico, France, Indonesia, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, The United Kingdom (which appears not to be as united as it once was), Romania, The Philippines, The U.S of A and many other places.
This feud has pitted friend against friend, innocents against innocents, the good, the bad, and the downright ugly against the rich, the bold and the not so beautiful, Like the sands through the hour glass, this has become the UPRISING of CS.
Fun, frivolity, humour, intelligence, wit, and friendships seem to be the biggest losers in this feud, replaced by sarcasm, insults, personal vilification, ugliness, pettiness, name calling and the many snide remarks made throughout intermittent blogs, Taking a dig at some one here and a dig at another there. If you like to dig so much, go and dig up some fossils and make a name for yourself that way.
He said, she said, they said, everyone said, that it was all in the name of free speech, that we should be allowed to write what we please, make fun of anyone here, insult/vilify others that do not have the same intelligence as us, to run people out of town that we do not see fit to be here, we are allowed to tell lies, we are allowed to expect the truth to be upheld, To claim that some cultures are higher than others, racists taunts on so on and so on it went/goes, When will it end? (I’ll be back they all say)
The Great debate has turned into nothing more than mudslinging, name calling, unintelligent, often personal attacks upon so many. Jealousy, Hatred, Envy, Vilification, and Nastiness has replaced Empathy, Understanding, Tolerance, Objective, and Permissiveness. All in the name of I want and you can’t have it.
What is it we want, what is it that these factions have, that is worth fighting for, surely not our freedom, this is the 21st century is it not. (A rhetorical question folks) Surely we are free. It can’t possibly be racially driven, not in this day and age when so much has changed. Can it be for the betterment of mankind? Not sure, whilst I am sure there are very intelligent people on both factions, I am not sure either faction has the capability of bettering mankind. So what could it be for, what is so god damn important that we have our very own Hatfield/McCoy feud happening here?
The right to insult and make fun of, to stick up for, to protect, to abuse, to curse is that what this is all about?
It can’t possibly be about popularity or about the number of views or comments CAN IT?

I know one of you nicked the last decent blog from the box, I just went to get one but all that was left was some fluff in the bottom, it's just not on to take the last one & not replace them, if whoever it was doesn't own up I'll be forced to do a scammer blog, the situation has become so bad even deleted members are closing their new accounts .........

I can understand that anybody has the right to hide his profile as he sees fit. After all, CS gives us the option to do so and there is no rule forbidding it.

I’m not condemning it as wrong; it just puzzles me. This is especially so when a blogger hides his profile as it complicates the process of getting to that person’s blog if he has not blogged for a day or two.

I can think of a few reasons why a person would hide his profile when not on-line but they all seem to defy the main purpose of having a profile on a dating site.

Many people (and I am one of them) go through the experience of having a crush on a person with whom a relationship could be or never be possible.

In real life, I can have crushes through physical appearance first (first I will see), then if we have something in common (interests or the likes) and good personality and I am comfortable having him around. I admire those persons that staying humble despite of their accomplishments.

I know I am having a crush on someone when I get excited when he is around, seems my heart beat faster, my pulse races and breathing increases, and I can describe him (maybe not in detail but I can) when he is not around. And he occupies a great deal of my thoughts and imagine what would be like to have him near me and having crush on me too. Ah, I am daydreaming now.

So, what make you have a crush to someone and how do you know if you have a crush?

I am just having a "crush" day.

I just left an acupuncture session, and I feel great! Which really got me to thinking...where has western medicine gone wrong? Why is it that I usually always feel worse once I leave a doctors office, in which they practice western medicine? Is it because it took me three weeks to get that appointment, or because the doctor was 1.5 hours late, or because I felt like I was just one of many being shuffled through the system? Or, could it be that the doctor never really took a true interest in my ailment, that he/she just wanted to pump me full of drugs, and/or send me on a wild goose chase to pharmacy after pharmacy, waiting in more lines?

I have been having acupuncture done for years. For a long time, my insurance wouldnt even cover it, because its not 'recognized' by many insurance agencies as a valid treatment plan. But, I assure you it is. Moreso even than 99% of the crap they do insure. My mother was told by western doctors that she should have two knee replacements, and that she should walk with a cane. Hell no, she said! She consistently goes to acupuncture, and she is fine. No cane, no pain. Did you know that open heart surgeries have been performed using only acupuncture needles, and no pain medicine or anisthetics? There are specific points in the body interconnected with others, so this doesnt seem so far fetched to me.

Same thing with many fertility clinics. What a waste of time and money. Go get some acupuncture. Doesnt it make sense to cure the energy flowing in our bodies, rather than putting more chemicals in?

Well, to each their own, but I would say to those that feel they have hit a dead end with a treatment in western medicine, to please find a reputable acupuncturist and just at least give it a try. I was in and out within 40 minutes, and I feel great.....
