I waited and waited for someone to post a controversial blog or something exciting so I guess its up to me to stir things up a little so here goes:


MEN...who are they and what do they want from us? At times it seems that they are some sort of alien life form and we are but mere prey as they wait to devour our very souls----> in other words this dating stuff can be a pain in the ars

So tell us guys what do ya want from us? Come out with it. Do not be afraid to describe what your idea of the perfect female would be or the perfect situation for a relationship.

the birds are singing sy is chirping. lol it's a beautiful day in CS land today now all the good people can enjoy the site freely without name calling or insults which isn't necessary . this is my fun happy blog and thoughts about birds DNA are genetically identical to dinosaurs ? i just watched a documentary about this i love documentaries about people animals countries so enjoyable. and educational . hello friendly people good bye bad apples im pleased .

Just to be a little different tonight, i thought i would forget my humour and leave you with a story.
A story about BLIND LOVE........



There was a blind girl who hated herself just because she was blind. She hated everyone, except her loving boyfriend. He was always there for her. She said that if she could only see the world, she would marry her boyfriend.
One day, someone donated a pair of eyes to her and then she could see everything, including her boyfriend. Her boyfriend asked her, “now that you can see the world, will you marry me?”
The girl was shocked when she saw that her boyfriend was blind too, and refused to marry him. Her boyfriend walked away in tears, and later wrote a letter to her saying:
“Just take care of my eyes dear.”

This is some sh177y wet cold weather. Im in my house wrapped up warm I look out my window,
and I can see the white horses quickly rolling in and smash off the Promenade wall.
They remind me of the old Guinness advert from the ninety's, the one with the Surfer.
Except You can Imagine that the add has a blue sky with the sun shining.
The add is black and white and it still looks hotter than the weather I see.
I ask myself "how long to summer?" I can only wait, that's what I do !

Is it good to be Irish What do you think ?

There was a time when we saw a lot of blogs running men down. For some reason or another, we don’t see them that often lately but when you read some of the comments on the blogs, man haters are still alive and well and thriving in Blogland. Which is peculiar; after all, this is a dating site.

The strange part of it is that the blogs where these anti-male comments appear are seldom about men, so the hate must be very close to the surface. And it is not just random members; it is mostly the same faces. Another odd thing is that most such comments are not really insulting men; they rather carry an undertone of dislike, bitterness, and distrust towards men although some of them are downright offending if not slanderous.

I said it a few times before that writing reveals our souls but when we write a blog, we have the time to sanitize it somewhat though the undertones are subconscious and can never be hidden. Comments on the other hand, are more impulsive and we have less time to think about it. The true self shows much clearer in a comment.

Yes, I know we see the same thing done by men from time to time but not even nearly as often as what the ladies can manage it. Of course being a male, I may not notice it as easy.

It would seem (to me) that men forgive and forget easier than women do; or do we just hide our feelings deeper?

Fish and chips wrapped in newspaper.

Take her for a walk on a rainy day, she will get the snails, take you to her maisonette, prepare them, cook them and by the time they are ready, you will be already full up with the hors-d´oeuvres. (Minerva)

A generous helping of rice served on a bed of rice.

A Japanese Lady –
Sashimi - Raw fish. Just take her to the fresh fish market.

An Italian Signorina –
Chinese quick noodles. She will love the superior quality.

A Portuguese Senorita –
Dried fish. No need to take her anywhere, she will have a good supply.

A Canadian Miss -
Clubbed baby seals. Plenty of frozen carcasses abandoned in the ice fields.

A Spanish Señorita -
Take her to the nearest Tapa Bar and buy the cheapest drink. (Zman)

An UN ration pack bought on the black market.

But now I’m stuck. Maybe with some suggestions we can complete this manual for overseas dating.

Few things can annoy me more than people who think their cause is more important than others who are in a similar situation.

BLM comes to mind. It is not that I think that black lives don't matter. To me, when a white (or black) cop kills a black (or white) man in the USA, it is no different than when a black (or white) vagrant kills a white (or black) farmer in South Africa. The fact is that all lives matter.

Sometimes we are too fond of playing the race card when we cannot get our way otherwise. In my experience such a person either secretly resent who he is and really wish he was somebody else or otherwise he uses racism as a ruse to gain sympathy for his cause.

Using racism as a prop just takes the focus away from the real problem.
