At one time we were all "Little Kids"...And Little kids that arent being Watched can get into Mischief...I was One of those Little Kids who shouldve been Watched...Probably all the rest of you too.But While Not Being Watched...Did you ever do something bad That you got Away with?...I did a Lot of em...........

What the HELL??!!! .....

If my memory serves me right I have been with CS exactly one year today. It had been an eventful year and a lot of things had happened.

Back on the home front life was colorful and interesting; with a few downs and many more ups but today I’d rather talk about the time spent here on CS.

I made some great friends, both male and female. I am not going to single out anybody. It will only offend the friends I am bound to leave off the list accidentally. In addition I also gathered a few enemies. But they were few and most had departed for better things to do.

During the year I posted 180 blogs, 21 polls, 5 articles, 4 tests and 3 poems. In the same period I have deleted approximately 10,800 (unconfirmed ) emails from scammers and if I subtract that number from the views received in total, we are left with more or less 68 real women.

So in all a very productive, if not interesting, year. But most of all, a year in which CS introduced me to the woman I believe I can spend the rest of my life with.

If the hands of an old fashioned alarm clock are exactly on top of each other; how long does it take for this to happen again?

I just saw an article about a woman who makes $80 per hour for cuddling. I could do that job. I would have to add an additional fee for cuddling folks with bad breath or BO though.

With the current drought in the Western Cape we only have water until April 12, 2018. Water restrictions are in force and we may not water our gardens. We use bath water to flush our toilets and dishwater to water the plants.

I have a tiny enclosed backyard (±24 squared meters) as part of my one-bedroom dwelling and the lawn has given notice and departed for greener pastures a long time ago. Only the sand remained. I wish I had the savvy to take a pic of how it looked before.

I decided to make a plan about this arid semi desert landscape that I called a back yard. The best quote for artificial lawn came to R 9,000. After checking the prices I found that this artificial lawn will cost me much cheaper if I do it myself. There is no ways that I’m going to pay a half-witted idiot R 3,000 for a few hours work. More than half the people in this country does not earn that in a month.

I showed the quotes to my sister and asked her, seen that it is her property, if she would carry half the expense but she said that she cannot bothered with lawn in my backyard and if I wanted lawn there, it was my baby. I said ok, in which case I’ll roll it up and take it with me when I decide to move away.

I tackled the job on Saturday. Four and a half hours and R 6,000 later, I had the most beautiful lawn in Cape Town. And I'd never have to water it again.


I spent a few Rand extra on a few other things. Even the flowers are artificial.


From the other side it looks like this. My sister liked it so much that she reimbursed me with half the amount on the quote on the spot and she wants me to do a piece of her yard as well. Well, at least I’ll know how to quote for the job. She and her husband went out on Sunday and I had to make my own Sunday lunch. I invited BeaPatient to come over for the day and she did the salads. See! My fire is going.


Look at her trying to hide in the only piece of shade around.


And I had to suffer in the sun in front of a sizzling-hot fire to get the meat done. I think next time I’ll make the salads and let her stand in the sun.

I often wonder if our fair ladies realise what they stand to lose in attaining equality. Think about it. Nobody to offer his seat on a bus or a train anymore, nobody to open doors, and nobody offering to carry parcels. These are just a few of the perks they stand to lose.

I can still understand why men would want equality for women. We're just want to be done with those silly gestures like giving up seats, opening doors and carrying parcels but I cannot for the life of me understand why any woman - unless totally insane - would strive for equality.

It does not make any sense. Hell, I would never relinquish the upper hand if I had it.






I'm including a pair of rosy glasses for those who only see the bad things in life. There is so much fun in life if you just look at it in the right way.
