starsign challenge. (A Scorpio's Kiss)

A Scorpios kiss...
A scorpios kiss,
Is one not to miss
A suculant dish,
Of secret myths.
A sensual being,
That's hypnotic, yet
Appealing.
Revealed in the eyes
A stare that paralyze
The object of a heart's
Desire.
That dwells in, a loving
Disguise.
Is magnified & personified
By intuition, they thrive.
There emotional ties,
Abhors sufferation, of any kind.
In justice they seek,
To help provide for the meek.
If the cause is worthy,
there loyalty, is unswearving.
Brutal honesty, often misunderstood
For trying to do good.
Although humorous,
creative & kind
Oversensitive nature,
is perceived
A most negative vibe.
But with each kiss
There is a dangerous twist!!!!
When hurt they bring,
A most painful sting!!!!
A self defense mechanism
Sealed with a kiss!!!!
From a scorpios lips:)

what haven't yet have I done?

what have I thought not yet resolved
as I swim in the ocean of your sorrows
what words is there haven't I said
as I bathe in the rivers of your pains
what acts are left haven't I labored
as I dance in the rains of your sufferings
what has my eyes haven't yet seen
as my tears drop in the cup of your silence
what rock there is I haven't turned
so I find the gate back to your heart
and that I wouldn't get dislodged?
what tune is there I haven't sang
that will bring the sunshine back
and light the ground I stand on?
oh I know, it's not the time
but when it comes, and
there's no more tears to shed
there's no more air to breath
and my heart beats its last...
please remember,
I've always loved you.
always..and don't forget
your oceans, your rivers
were all mine to conquer and cross
so I could get back to you

yet I'm sure this is only a wistful thinking
but I can't help remembering

when she breaths her last

she draped her sorrows
on the gentle breeze
she poured her tears
on the falling rain
she sang her passion
on the howling wind
but remained unheard
in her silence
she could have smiled
upon the clouds
and walked her feet
on the lush of green fields
she could have bathed
in the placid lake
while the birds sung
her happiness
she could have swam
in the roaring oceans
while waiting for you
to hold her hands
but she knew all too well
you are gone for good
and so....
for one last moment
she closed her eyes
letting her soul rest
let her spirit drift away
with the passing wind
happy and contented
with the love she held
secured and buried
within her broken heart
as she breath her last.

Big C Battle.

At first the enemy struck and I felt weak,
Pointed needles stung, future bleak,
A shroud of grey draped hairless skin,
Hiding fear and loneliness deep within,
Dreary clouds roamed darkened skies,
As icy winds burned tearful eyes,
Then slowly...Heavenly Light appeared,
In golden beams that quelled my fears,
Thoughts of losing summoned strength,
To battle back and not relent,
I have now found peace inside the war,
Therein lies my victory roar,
Emerging from my trench to brave the slant,
Prognosis seems irrelevant.

The BIG 60th

Well ive just gone from nought to sixty in record time.

I guess the old engine’s still doing fine;

Got a few dents and scrapes

On the body work, mind,

But they can be covered up

Real easy, I find.

My N.C.T. cert says I’m good to go,

For about another year or so.

That's barring any accidents or shunts of course

As the old vintage models,

Tend to come off worse.

But anyway, I still think I’ve got what it takes

As I cruise along life’s highways, throwing shapes,

All decked out, in my leather and chrome

And yeah, well, maybe the odd groan!

Ah yes, you can’t beat the staying power,

Of the older model.

Just listen to that growl, as you open the throttle

Built for comfort, built to last

And on a good day

Still pretty fast.

Not like those fly by nights, of today

All plastic and rubber and tinted glass,

Flashing at every mini they pass.

They got no style no flair, no panache

So here’s to the next ten years on the road,

Unless of course I start to corrode,

Because then I’ll become part

Of the next scrappage scheme,

Or worse still, be dismembered

And sold sight unseen.

Oh God! The worry, it never ceases.

Why can’t they just let me...

RUST in pieces.

moonbeams on love

Dancing with
the night
moonbeams flirting
stars glistening
as a wolf moon
begins sewing
her silver fingers
into one soul

Bouncing waves
in deep waters
touching tenderly
weaving cotton softly
sweetly love shining
into diamond emotions

lighting her beauty
silvery glistens
a shining star
Shimmering adorable
lovingly sparkles
encircling inner vision

gleaming beautiful
one treasured
flawless jewel
dazzling priceless
catching the eyes
clasping feelings
woven deeply
holding the heart

silent call

blowing in the clouds
Upon a misted moon
Eerily silver shadows
Draw on light
rippling reflections
dance on water

Alight beautiful
Floating cotton candy
Magical it dreams
In musical chimes
Plays
the heartstrings

Sweet enchanting music
Floating upon air
In a feathered touch
Touching innermost
Desires

Spirit of the night
calls out
Whispers a breeze
Blowing gently
Into the ears

Through the trees
call out a name
Whistling enchantingly
Mine eyes found

In silent words
Calling out
Amazingly beautiful
silver thoughts
Shine on thee

Poem

I painted a picture of your face
With some beautiful flowers but the skies were gray
Behind you maybe a sun that will never glow
On a withering tree with no leaves to blow
Hanging from a branch is an old tire swing
And a heart shaped carving for you and me
It says something about how we'd last 4-ever
But your heavenly smile I can not remember
Just a shadow that lacks and strays far behind
As I try to capture your love with a heart thats blind
So I painted a cloud just to hide your face
As I wondered how does that color taste
