Here reading some of your precious poems,
However most are missing the rhyming prose!
Rhyming is the challenge to a poem indeed,
Yet parallel words have to rhyme and accede.
I can take your poems and use each and every word,
Sure I can rewrite your poems with a rhyming bond.
Take your time and rhyme your wonderful thought,
Give essence to your poetry and a comfort fraught.

Perhaps I am wrong but as a poetic ambassador,to me poetry is rhyming
New to this site, I just thought to give my two cents worth

must be the recycled season
of spring, summer and fall
and I have evolved
I have embraced, faced
the possibility that love indeed
is not scraped off from my being
it is not dead, nor has ever stopped
beating within my heart
I have it all intact
and strong, even as you
made me struggled and hurt
one day, looking at the window
a butterfly just humped on the bloom
giving birth once again for the season
to repeat life on its own terms
no past, no future, no beginning
just now...
I figured, why not,
I can do better than that...
and I stepped one more time
into the world of where I belong
in the realms of love-ing
of caring, of being a part
of this cycle of love
as if the whole humanity
depended on me..
and by God..I am alive,.
I am feeling the nourishment of life
here in my soul, in my being
inside the depth of my heart
and like the butterfly, I am
hopeful and confident
someone is out there for me,
someone yearning like I am
to be held and to be cared
love at its best
I am ready...
are you?

Amid intoxicating green, our Love bestow,
I plucked for her a bunch of forest flowers,
A lovestruck arrow strayed from Cupid's bow,
And pierced a tearful cloud to April showers.
We trod the rugged path towards the steeple,
Together dancing wildly in the rain,
Flirting unaware of passing people,
To please our yearning we could not abstain.
Her female curves my wanting eyes impress,
She moved with poise and grace of noble swan,
To blushing moon removed her silken dress,
Our pleading Siamese limbs conjoined as one.
'Til the moon with bloodshot eye expelled a yawn,
Retiring then bowed curtsy to the dawn.

even when I'd leave this world
and be gone
remember, I've never loved anyone
as I have loved you
and when you feel
the warmth in the wind
that'd be me, brushing
your lovely cheeks
and God like sculptured body
your deep blue eyes
gazing up above
I'll form my silhouette
among the clouds
and you'd feel all of me
inside and out
as we have done a million times
yes my love, I'll always be
where you wanted me
inside your mind
in every pulse of your breath
in every beatings of your heart
mapping your every flesh
as I always had at night
before we'd made love
smelling your lovely scent
that satiates all my desires
over and over
my soul and my spirit
it all belonged to you
even before you knew
I exist
and so
I will always love you
as I've never ever loved
anyone, in anyways
only you and I have done
please remember that
because, I will always love you.

There it was,
A road in white luminescent stone,
Ascending skyward into nacreous clouds;
I saw it in a vision,
As it spiraled into eternity.
My psithurismic thoughts flew,
As I took gossamer steps ever upwards.
You were there my darling,
A perfect picture clothed in red and black,
With the reverent face of an angel,
I so wanted to share those steps with you,
But only occasionally could I grasp your hand,
As you walked like an Aeolian wind.
Could we ever reach our destination together?
There were others with whom that destination
Was no longer possible,
Our souls had split and there could be no reminiscence,
No going back.
And I sometimes wonder,
In moments of ataraxia,
On this fitful journey,
On this marbled spiral,
Shining brightly in the blue sky,
What cosmogyral dreams we share,
What hopes and aspirations,
Are held in this quintessence of dust,
We call ourselves.

About this poem:
It's good to see great challenges emerging again on the site. Well done Paloma! For those interested the title comes from a very famous speech by Hamlet where he is basically questioning the greatness but also the frailty of the human condition.

(a day in heaven)
My head on heavenly gossamer pillows to lay
such exquisite rest so blissful, so deep
as my mind reflects back on events of the day~
On a Cosmogyral journey escorted
by the lightest of Aeolian wings
passing through shimmerous
Nacreous rainbows to hear,
so delicately played it's Psithurism-like sounds.
Transported through unimaginable beauty,
the likes of which nature's majesties
not ever seen nor found.
And now as I'm falling nigh unto sleep
off to another destination,
that of dream state.
Perhaps to this sleep a Reminiscence will enter
and while sleeping
will bring yet another...
Reminiscence of a much different kind
when upon awaking I shall find-
My Creator smiling,
there gracing my countenance shall be-
all the way through into my heart and my soul...
welling up Reverent feelings,
Ataraxia untold.......

When I was age five
Fairy tales were still alive
Along came 15
Wow now I’m a teen
An aspiring adult at 25
Things are just coming alive
Not a young adult at 35
But still keeping my stride
Middle age at 45
Old age is a far cry
Oh dear now 55
Managing to still thrive
Today I will turn 65
Still here and am alive!

Aloneness is different from loneliness
It is an occasion for personal growth
It gives an insight into humanness
And helps us realize our self worth
Being with others continually
Denies us from ever having a chance
To look at ourselves objectively
To build up our own self reliance
Self reliance is the key to coping
With acute periods of adversity
It provides us with an inner strengthening
To overcome and claim the victory
Self reliance is extremely vital
To avoid the feeling of loneliness
Which can happen when there is denial
Of other's support and togetherness
If you feel contentment in aloneness
It can help you to avoid a pitfall
It provides an inner based happiness
Which is the greatest happiness of all

the grave is our destiny
where none whatsoever can be changed
it's a wholesome place all to yourself
and nothing accompanying you but the wind
you hear nothing, not even their tears
that builds up from rivers to oceans
if only it was said before your destiny
perhaps it'd have made a difference
now you're all alone sad and forlorn
a world only you can dwell
but I know deep in my heart
everything you've had is remembered well
oh rest my love, soon I'll be there
where fate crossed not in this life
but somewhere love knows no bounds
and our love once more entwined

My days are long and my nights longer still
As I sit here watching this little pill
Will it remove the gloom I feel inside
Or will it just provide a chance to hide
When it wears off, am I back to square one
With an even greater gloom to take on
I have tried all the normal avenues
Yet I still continue feeling the blues
What is it that I really need to do
To rid this gloom and become myself true
Deep inside me, there's a fighting spirit
Saying to face this gloom and conquer it
Connecting with Nature provides an ease
Listening to the sound of a gentle breeze
While it's passing through the surrounding trees
Serenading them with the rustling leaves
I shall draw my strength from the divine source
In whose awareness I do not feel lost
I know I shall overcome finally
And once again my spirit shall be free
