Larne’s Life

Larne’s Life

This is the way she was,Loch Larne,

Prolifically teemed with fish and vegetation,

The air about her abundantly sweet.

Bushes and willows animated her wonder,

For friendly fishermen to laze around her.

The skies and trees were full.

No one comes to see her anymore,

The way she is now.

Larne lies suffering,

Abandoned,

Raped by filth.

Her wound’s

Incurable,

Squalid,

Smelling.

Willows weep.

Skies and trees lie barren.

A hush of Death

Fills the air.

Just Seven

The seven year old boy wears his Sunday best this day.
His porcelain face is flawless,
and his complexion rosy- a work of art.
His neatly pressed clothes perfectly fit,
and adorn him handsomely.
Yet, the mannequin body is inanimate,
as it rests in a small grey casket.

MY DEAR SWEET SISTER ANNETTE

MY DEAR SWEET SISTER ANNETTE,I WISH THAT YOU WERE STILL HERE WITH ME. BUT I GUESS ACCORDING TO JESUS.IT JUST WASN'T MENT TO BE. EVERY DAY I MISS YOU MORE AND MORE,AND TEARS FALL FROM MY EYES. HOPING THAT YOU ARE WATCHING OVER ME.IN THE BEAUTIFUL BLUE SKIES. GOD KNEW WHAT YOU NEEDED .MUCH MORE THAN I EVER DID. YOU WERE A TRUE WONDERFUL BLESSING.MY SWEET SISTER,MY FREIND . IN THIS BIG CRUEL WORLD ,YOU FELT THAT YOU HAD TO BE TUFF. BUT JESUS TOOK YOUR HAND AND SAID NO,ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. SO ALWAYS REMEMBER THAT YOUR BIG SISTER LOVED YOU. BECAUSE I WILL ALWAYS REMEMBER THAT YOU LOVED ME TOO. ANNETTE KAYE TURNER VAUGHN 1963-2009

Your eyes...

Your eyes make me smile
And make me cry,
Your eyes make me tremble
In the middle of the night.

Your eyes are like the fire
Make me burn by desire
And make me kiss them
All the day and all the night.

A song to help heal the pain of an ex

Slowly I begin to realize what I already knew,
You and I could never be true.
You're the only one I long for,
the one that I adore.
But this cannot continue,
it only satisfies you.

Chorus:
This is goodbye,
I wont listen to another lie.
This was all just a dream,
You're now a distant memory.

You loved me once upon a time,
Although our love appeared to be a crime.
I loved you after you walked out,
You know that without a doubt.

Chorus:
This is goodbye,
I won't listen to another lie.
This was all just a dream,
You're now a distant memory.

You'll come back to me,
but we will never be.
For this is our final goodbye,
I'll no longer feel as though I could die.

Chorus:
This is goodbye,
I won't listen to another lie.
This was all just a dream,
You're now a distant memory.

This is goodbye,
I won't listen to another lie.

No, No baby this is goodbye,
No, I wont listen to another lie.

About this poem:
I wrote this song while still feeling the pain from my ex. When you are in a relationship that is always off and on, it's hard to make sure that it's a final break... But I did it :)

Where Old Men Sit

Where Old Men Sit

Did you see that youth who passed you by
even though his pace was true and fast,
Did you watch him from your ancient eye
knowing his speed would never last?

Did you as a teenager show the same grit
when you played a young man’s game,
Did his arrogance rile your aged spirit
though long ago you were the same?

Would you care to know what became of him
that young man who like a wisp of smoke,
With handsome features and muscles trim
passed you by daily yet never spoke?

He’s led a full life that impetuous boy
though sometimes he was mistaken,
When with the ladies he felt such joy
more often than not was forsaken!

Treasures galore have blessed his life
like quicksilver spent on luxuriance,
When all had gone he felt no strife
for he wasted it with exuberance!

If you ask him of his greatest prize
he would answer with little hesitation,
Though not as simple as you might surmise
his reply would be, his many children!

Now in later years he will always compete
to be among the first on a daily visit,
To the rustic place where his cronies meet
that favoured bench, where old men sit!

A Verse For You.

I’m compelled to write a verse for you
And do for you things that no others do.
And unlock your secrets and bring you such pleasure
And tie you and touch you and search for your treasure
And taste you and not waste a drop of your lust
And assure you such passion is never unjust.

The glint of your smile and the curve of your brow
And the flow of your hair, now I understand how
The men before me who have looked in your eyes
Have fallen for you which has been their demise.
For a woman like you is every mans dream
But so often with men they are not as they seem.

With you there’s a fire that’s burning inside
To young and to free to yet make a bride.
So I wont confine you to the rules of that life.
It’s far from my mind to make you my wife.
I want you to know that I’m not playing games,
My simple agenda is that I fuel your flames.

YOU

Your fingers dance across my skin, Pulling me from my chaos into the sensual reality you create for me.

My body is filled with desire for the feel of a love that is truly real.

Your are around me, on me, in me. I take in your smell, the feel of your skin, the sensation of your touch...

My body cries for you.. as you pull me close to you I close my eyes and feel as though I could not possibly achieve more.

But you are not yet finished, your eyes explore mine, I lose myself in your stare, you search for my climax, needing to see your control over my body.

The heat is almost to much to bear, I reach for you as you hold me close and our bodies react in unison, my eyes close, my breath is held, I melt in your arms.

You kiss me tenderly and hold me close as we drift to sleep, so in passion, so in desire, so in love with you

Never

Never say I love you
If you really don't care.
Never talk about feelings
If they aren't really there.
Never hold my hand
If you are gonna break my heart.
Never say you are going to
If you don't plan to start.
Never look into my eyes
If all you do is lie.
Never say hi
If you really mean goodbye.
If you really mean forever
Then say you will try.
Never say forever
Cuz forever makes me cry.

The cutter's poem.

Why does it bother you when you see
The blood flowing out of me.
It's not your pain
It's not your burn
It's what I do
It's what I yern
Do you feel guilty at this point?
Or do you feel pity for me?
No it doesn't hurt that bad
It's just tears to wash the sad
It hurts at first
Then makes me smile
And all the while
It makes me cry.
