Baby

I want a baby to hug
And snug
Am I a mug? No
Give me a baby now!

I want a baby
Not a maybe!
Give me a baby now!

I want a baby to cradle
Not to label
Am I not able? Yes
Give me a baby now!

I want a baby to talk to
Change it's nappy to
Make me happy
Give me a baby now!

You'll be its' papa
And I its' mamma
Lets make a baby now!

Silence must be heard

He lay there, small, fading away,
sleeping almost all day,
eat a little liked a baby on the crib,
called upon the pain, He muttered.

Mute with tears, I simply squeezed his hand
as those familiar eyes intently gazing at me spoke fast-forward volumes
of his immeasurable losses
loneliness, regret,
sorrow, helplessness
illness, frustration, estrangement,
and pain-
pain so profound, it burned my eyes to see my father's frustration.

Though already beyond the hideous battle
he'd let it have its way,
he didn't want to cease to be.
He'd suffered the disdain of illness, being an affront to pain.

I saw it all in his wordless messages.
The 'unknowing from the one I loved',
the complex, multi-layered 'had to have been there, the 'walk a few thousand miles we walked', 'please help me to be remembered our happy memories, my Father where we can walk miles away until
dawn, and have coffee at the starbucks.

My Father, my flesh,
loyal,fragile,
Please stay with me, stay with us
and all your sorrows are mine and us,
do not left us behind,
keep the faith, be brave,
and fight for me.

About this poem:
I feel sad, it was all about my Father who has cancer.
Tonight He called me, saying He was missing me, so I wrote this poem.
I remembered, when He accompanied me at the agency, we walked so far until almost dawn, and have coffee at Shangri-la Starbucks.

Every time I didn't know the place, He used to go with me.
Afterwards, we will eat in a cozy restaurant, and then coffee.

But now, all I can do is simply reminiscing the past when He can still walk.

the ancestry tree quest

THE ANCESTRY TREE QUEST

Here I sit gaze upon screen lists of names oh what does it mean
Files upon files a conumdrem of past where answers lay within and my roots are cast.
Generations of family from decades bygone I need a spark for my search to go on.
Trawling the libraries looking at books grained old photos every avenue every nook
For evidence of fact a familiar place as a sleuth like detective follows up a trace.
And then the break it makes my day long lost relations that had not erred astray
Eager to solve those mysteries in mind nervous to discover but excited to find
My tree of forefathers from way back when lost uncles perhaps boding from then.
Certificated proof my inklings first thought through journeys of history painstakingly sought.
Hours upon hours worthwhile I now muse knitting and weaving those family line clues
Eyebrows raised little surprises in store unearthing the secrets and keys to the door
Of the ancestry tree I'm driven to succeed spellbound hooked intoxicatingly intrigued.
From a small idea to a maiden name quest I'll leave no stone unturned till I've unearthed all the rest .

an ode i did through the eyes of a family member

Sonnet2

She walks into my thought like a flash strong;
A new way opened up in the dark night
Leading to her ever present memories along

With the past records; sorrows, pains, joys bright –
Light and shade of moments memorable
Covering the whole range my mind can cite.

She walks into my mind like a warble,
Never such a ballad heard in the past
As is music unseen and audible.

To me only a difference they cast.
The sweet reminiscences of her love
And affection flash upon my mind first

And then from my heart the pains to remove,
I fly with her to her blissful dream cove.

WE ONLY HAVE ONE MOM

We only have One Mom, One Mommy,
One Mother in this World, One life.
Don't wait for the Tomorrow's
to tell Mom, you love her

MANNERS

They are not a gift you receive,
They cannot be borrowed or bought.
It's your character, would you believe,
Or have you given it any thought.

You get them as you're being raised,
Or learn them on your own.
A well mannered person is highly praised.
Ill mannered people are left alone.

A lack of manners is very rude.
A mannerless person may not realize,
The extent to which they are crude.
Sometimes we must open their eyes.

Inmates often know of respect,
Not many of them have manners.
They're criminals, what do you expect,
Business suits and Day Planners?

Many times they have to fight,
Because of a lack of manners.
Not easy for them to see the light.
You have to wave them banners.

Good manners will make people smile.
They help make a good impression.
Without them you are most likely vile.
And often cause oppression.

Bad mannered people are often unwelcome.
They're usually tolerated for a while.
I wish they'd all go learn some,
And give us reason to smile.

Criminals have common characteristics.
Lack of education and manners are two.
Their lacking adds to our statistics,
Making things rough for me and you.

The Famous Last Words

Listen listen listen
Would you stop so that I can talk
If you need to let off some steam
Take a drive or go out for a walk
In the years we have been together
Many issues have come and gone
Still you're having hard time with a concept
That I'm neither your slave nor your clone
So then why is it suddenly shocking
And you act so full of surprise
To have lost the respect im my eyes
After ridicule scolding and mocking
I just want to be free and at peace

Cool Possum call

Hand crafted slipped from the memory
I remember

Sleeping on my sullen face
An adventure
of power

Who?
Chucks this kiss?

Go beyond
Of Tidal waves

I cannot see the way

Yet
I shall go away from you

Sight
Cool
Another floss

AHHHHH

reality

Most girl obses about how to be the perfect girlfriend
.The truth is that most guys are happy enough just to hav a girlfreind.however,it is important to know that for guys, being respected is the most important thing.Guys want to know that youy think they are powerful and strong. Also do not disregard his complement. If he tells you that he thinks that you are beautiful, don't tell him that u are ugly. You may be acting modest or displaying your own insecurities but to him you are saying that his compliment don't mean a thing.

Here and Now........

Wait for me I'm coming
My journey has been long
My veins hold the key
To the word and the song
Time is but an avenue
I must endure the path
As I look ahead I see me
Relishing in music's bath

Don't worry I am fine
Guiding hands have loved me
I've walked a straight line
There is no reason to betray
There is no reason to belie
Don't worry I am fine
Guiding hands have loved me
I've walked a straight line

Blooming as a flower
The season is just right
My eyes are wide open
There are many on this flight
My confidence is high
My respect at it's best
I'll rub shoulders with them all
And let the music do the rest.........
