World At War Within

The sickness lies inside
Eating as it hides
Until I come undone
And only It presides

Changes never known
Slowly start to bleed
I scream into silence
As your foolish' breed

Twisted tails spun from Desecration
We're losing our nation
For ignorance has taken it's toll

We try to deny it
By lying about it
Power is as precious as gold

The wheels keep on turning
The coal keeps on burning
Yet no one is learning
To read between the lines

The nation is 'perfect'
But no one could expect
The treachery to which we're confined

Enormous contingencies
Lies made from companies
Consumers stay diseased
By the amusement of their brainwashing

By casual choice
We make rejoice
In the obesity of our children

While others still cry
As they watch others die
From illness and starvation.

Jigsaw of Life

*

There are many pieces in the jigsaw of life
irregular shapes
smooth curves or sharp corners
beautiful colours of surprising hue
scattered pieces
some close to hand
turned around
placed gently down fall into place
a picture emerges
an image is formed
pieces go missing don't want to be found
these are important
they will leave a space
find that missing piece
search everywhere for it
complete the picture
of your jigsaw of life

About this poem:
My Father did jigsaws as a child, I always helped and pieces did go missing, often an important piece of sky, green grass or piece of the ocean. It was often found a long time after, under a chair perhaps when the jigsaw had been dismantled! I thought that this was sad because so much effort had been made to leave it incomplete.

Years later I was reflecting on life and people, how things fit in and how we are all different, I felt lonely and was sub-consciously telling myself I needed to find "my missing piece" the one person that completed my jigsaw of life!

Sons Of Scotland

Sons Of Scotland

It is sad to hear a summer’s last gasp sigh
as through balding forests rising winds cry,
when sweet and sour notes fill Autumn’s ear
a year’s sun filled season’s last tune we hear!
Far more sad when on foreign shore we stand
listing the tender memories of our own land.
Memories of legends from youth and infancy
taught in our Scottish schools as a legacy!
Chief of historic tales, Wallace of Caledon
waking clannish memories in each Scottish son.
Whether on a far off scorching coast we toil
or north, on the Arctic’s freezing snowy soil
hearing music of our land we close sad eyes
rousing our patriotism, then illusions arise!
Our souls open to where once we would dwell
the waving trees in forests and the lochs swell.
Each wanderer has visions feeding his brain
of reaching his native Scottish shore again!
Are such feelings for the homesick confined
now just awakening in a Scot’s poetic mind?
All patriots know their truth is on this page
not least for far off Scottish tears to engage!
From Westminster to beyond China’s red fire
sons of Scotland are there, always to inspire.
The proudest Scottish thinkers to all we give
as part of us, our ancestors will always live,
more proudly now, for all the world approved
of Scotland, from where its sons first moved!

me

Simplistic too gifted, live life unscripted, helping people along the way yes I feel its my mission, very tempting I have to mention, I play my position, but when I get mad I can cause demolition, always thinking always wishing, on my knees like a Christian, praying feeling symptoms God will send me a lady that won't ever be tripping, but I'm wishing yes I'm wishing, in the air like scottie pippen, just let a girl love me let me be the keys to her ignition

TELL ME QUICK

Do you know I utterly excited!
Only aware of the condition of my dear!
Now tell me quick
Have thou any eerie spot to heart?
And... mourning that spreads thee vain
I be who'll take all in need
And stay near, around you!
O dear! Do you know!
Desire to watch my dear complcent
Only happies and joys as dense fog encircle
And...stay all time around thou
From early to nigt I utterly excited for thou!
O dear! O my dear! Do you know!

My War

I will never shrink into the night
Always standing my ground to fight
Battle till the very last breath
Keep on fighting to the very death
For those who wish to wager war
Think wisely before you wish to explore
I will make you writhe and scream
For my tenacious strength you have not seen
If you choose not to believe
Your delusions I will gladly relieve
Relieve with a twisted pleasure
Releasing you at my leisure

Feelings

As we lie here side by side,
My feelings I can not hide.
As our bodies entwine,
I'm so thankful you are mine.
You are who I want, You are who I need.
Oh yes baby, Indeed!
As I run my fingers through your hair,
I know you'll always be there.
You take away my sadness and fears.
You comfort me when there are tears.
I never have to feel gloomy,
For your heart is so roomy.

Giving and taking

Its only in the giving we hope for accetance
Its only in the taking we vow to return
for is one good without the other
is this the only way love can be returned
to love must not be a lonely stance
but the joy of giving and taking
Must be a two way Dance

lost love

i love you when we first met
i loved you when u first left
i love u in the good
i love you as i should
i miss you everyday
when u left me astray
i hope to love again

The Debt Man

The Debt Man

I found a begging letter
lying behind my front door,
just because I am a debtor
the debt man asked for more.
I tell the stupid debt man,
“No blood money do I own
you only get from a poor man
the blood you get from stone!”
Threat of the debtor’s court
I’ll answer just the once
in my very personal retort,
“Do it you stupid ponce!”

After a little deliberation
and a long, long, hesitation.

I offer him ten plus ten
pounds every single month,
“That should be enough then
to shut your begging mouth,
but if for sure in the future
some payments I will miss
and only if your lips are pure
my rear end you can kiss!”
