Fair lady I love you

Fair lady, how can you pass me by on
this Paris bridge and not let me
taste your lips
Fair lady, you walk like an Egyptian yet
you have not taken my arm
Fair lady, your Irish eyes have melted my
heart, and your River Dance my soul
Fair lady I feel Russian moans of passion
yet we have not danced in Moscow Square
Fair lady, your ivory skin glows in the
Chinese mountains yet but I have not carried
you to the preacher
Fair lady, your Romanian beauty is legendary so
I kiss your shoulders in hope
Fair lady, Japan has shown me your loveliness yet
I pant to look upon you
Fair lady, South America flows with honey but none
sweeter than you
Fair lady, your Eastern eyes are hidden gems yet I
long to see your soul
Fair lady, the African sun never shone a greater light
than the beauty of your heart
Fair lady, America has crowned you with glory yet I'm
still searching for your heart
Fair lady, Canada has concealed you in its vastness yet
the tall trees and wide plains cannot conceal your beauty
Fair lady, fair lady.. I love you.

Nature (Wayne's 14 Word Challenge)

Wind, rain
Rivers, lakes, oceans
Flowers, trees, mountains .

I stand
In reverence
And silence.

Provence

Sojourn must I to Provence again,
to its clear and love spun sky,
there, warm the breeze weaves a sigh
amid honeyed fields of sun kist grain,
I must go to Provence yet once again
where soft Orient rays caress the dawn,
languishing long on the mist hung morn,
as Lavender mimics the skies blue reign,
its quietude of beauty enraptures the lea,
from new sprung dawn to Westerns fiery eve,
unknown to fools frantic laundered plea,
unaware what the riches of the heart conceive,

Thus, my whispering emotion truly can say,
the spell of Provence has stolen my wits away.

On the thresh hold

On the thresh hold of
a forgotton dream
Thinkin' bout what that
might bring
Something burried deep
within
Time has come to begin
again
The endless tide won't
wait forever
Time to rid this word
called never~

The Magnificent Christ

With the rising of
every sun
With the very taste
of my souls spirit
With every love that
can be called love
Within every hot tear
that rolls down a lonely
cheek
In spite of every sword that
cut the innocent to the quick
You are God
My mortal eyes did not witness
the nails driven into your hands
My ears did not hear that fateful
verdit..'Crucify him!
My hands could not reach up to
your face on the cross and
cup the face of eternal love
and and beg you not to do
this for I am not worthy
Your suffering has vanquished
the wisdom of the ages
The Romans never saw such
power til they heard you speak
between the last sips of of
breath..'Father forgive them for
they know not what they do..'
No wise man spoke as you
spoke..
No good man could do what
you have done
A million hearts you hold in
your right hand
Come my love..I have melted
down the finest gold and the
choicest silver for your crown
I shall adorn your neck with
the stars of the universe
if I may but kneel at your
feet
Oh mighty God if I may be
granted one last breath let
me gather the strength of
my soul and proclaim..
You are the love of my
life
You are..The Magnificent
Christ*******

Believing is seeing

The eyes that will
not see, gives rise
to ears that do
not hear,
And creates a heart
that cannot love-

Loving you

There is a fine line
between the civilized
man and the brute
I walk that line..
I am nothing to look
at
Do not present a great
figure to the world
Have no titles worthy
of notoriety
But I have spirit..
A spirit born of truth
I am unknown yet well
known
Today I may be a hero
Tomorrow a coward..
Who can tell?
I weary myself with so
much thinking
Paradise must exist some
where between heaven and
hell
Betweem love and hate
Between wisdom and folly
Between what is seen and
what cannot be seen
Between imagination and
iron reason
Between sleep and walking
We can only dream of such
a world
But if I find myself drown-
ing in a river of doubt
If I feel lost and to small
to comprehend the big
questions
If I must blush because I
cannot understand the wisdom
in the creation of the simplest
flower
I am assured of this one thing..
In loving you..
I am free~

UNTIL.......

I remember...
Hair like rapids on a quiet stream,
Eyes like tranquil pools, so deep I could not see,
You, were a poem of a storm upon a quiet breeze,
Yet, your presence only gently rustled the leaves,
Through boat wires you sang your song,
As if to another place you might belong,
Your voice so low, with every wave upon the shore,
Not heard, yet strangely felt to my core,
You are here?......I know you are!
forever like the twinkling of a star,
You could not leave any more than I,
As sure as blue follows the night sky.
You will wait for me, I know you will,
And I....
Will always be here for you still.

Canvas of life

skouring the land
over the heads of the one
that walk the ground
listening to the beat
of the expanding vains
being rushed to the heart
in the horizons depth
surrounding sounds of wisdom
that lays beneath the breath
of the one that gives life
to a beating heart
a canvase of life
from the heavens to the earth
we walk this ground
with light hitting our eyes
salted seas rolling hills
water falling from above
we are the
canvas of life

The fighter

Each dawn I die
Each tear I cry
I wonder why
I have to sigh..
Boxing is apart of me,
My sweat, flesh & blood is my fury!!
I incompose it, it's my right!!
As long as I live
I will not give up the fight!!
